Bai Xiaoruo had only flipped through a few pages of the book when she couldn't help but yawn.
So sleepy.
She should have gone to bed much earlier last night, but it was all that guy Xian Mingyu's fault. He inexplicably released some sky lanterns, which made her curious and run downstairs to see them.

Hsiu Ming-yu, wearing a bear-patterned jacket, looked helpless.
What on earth is Gu Yao doing? He and Bai Xiaoruo haven't made any progress yet, but he's already making progress?
Ji Shushu was pinned to the ground, her mouth covered by Gu Yao's hand. Gu Yao held her hands above her head, firmly pressing her down beneath him. From Bai Xiaoruo and Xian Mingyu's perspective, it was a scene unsuitable for children.
