At 6:30 p.m., after finishing dinner, the family of three went for a walk in a nearby park.
Xuan Mingyu and Mo Niannian held Xiao Youyou's hand the whole time. The little one walked in the middle, and every now and then they would lift her up high. The little one was giggling and very happy.
After walking for a while, I got a little tired, so I sat down on a bench next to the park to rest before heading home.
Just then, Xian Mingyu's phone rang. He took it out and saw that it was Feng Zhiyuan calling.

Was he talking on the phone with his grandfather?

"No problem, Grandpa, please wait a moment."
Xuan Mingyu looked at Mo Niannian beside him and said, "Are you ready to video chat with Grandpa? He really wants to see you and Youyou."
"Look at me? And Youyou too?" Mo Niannian was a little nervous. She touched her hair and straightened her clothes, wondering if they had been messed up by the wind or if they were inappropriate. "Isn't it a bit inappropriate for me to be dressed so casually? Can we go back and dress up a bit before video chatting with your grandpa?"
It was her first time meeting her parents, and she didn't know what to say or do. Mo Niannian was completely flustered.

Hsien Ming-yu initiated a video call, and the two people from distant cities were finally able to meet.

"Youyou, look at the phone. This is your great-grandfather. Quickly greet him." Mo Niannian pointed to the screen on the phone for little Youyou to see.
Little Youyou licked her lollipop, blinked her big round eyes, and leaned closer to see more clearly. Her chubby little hand touched the phone screen. "Who are you? Why are you inside Uncle's phone? Why don't you come out and play with Youyou?"
"Youyou, you can't be so rude." Mo Niannian pulled back Youyou's hand, scolding her gently. This little one, why does she ask so many strange questions at such a crucial moment?
[It's alright, it's alright. Youyou hasn't met me before, so it's understandable that she doesn't recognize me. Youyou, when are you coming back with Mommy? Great-Grandpa has prepared lots of delicious snacks for you, and he's saving them all for you, okay?]
Upon hearing the words "snacks," Xiaoyouyou's eyes lit up immediately.
"Okay, okay, Youyou wants to eat! Grandpa wants to save it all for Youyou, okay? You can't eat it all by yourself."
[Okay, Grandpa will definitely leave them all for Youyou. When Youyou comes back, Grandpa has also prepared some small toys for you. See if you like them?] On the other end of the video call, Feng Zhiyuan had the maid bring several beautiful toys and placed them in front of the camera. Many of them were still in their packaging boxes.
As soon as Xiao Youyou saw the toys, she was so excited that she almost jumped out of Mo Niannian's arms, shouting, "Want! Want! They're all for Youyou! Youyou wants them all!"
The little one reached out and tugged at Mo Niannian's hand, "Mommy, when are we going back? Is Great-Grandpa waiting for Youyou at home?" Youyou thought that when Feng Zhiyuan said "come back," he meant going back to their home.
Mo Niannian just smiled; she didn't know how to tell Youyou.
[Sir, it's time for your medicine.]
On the other end of the video call, the housekeeper was walking over with pills and a water glass.
[Okay, I'll eat in a bit.] Feng Zhiyuan looked reluctantly at Mo Niannian and Xiao Youyou on his phone. [Niannian, I have to take my medicine now. I'll video chat with you again when I have time.]
