Upon seeing her friends, Xiaoyouyou became excited and wanted to come down and play with them.
Their friends all came over, along with many of the Xian family's relatives. Old Master Xian was not in good health and was resting in his room, so he didn't join them in the fun. Lin Suqing also stayed in the room to take care of him.
Ji Shushu and Gu Yao also pushed a stroller and brought their baby son over. Upon seeing their friend, Bai Xiaoruo and Ji Shushu happily hugged each other.
"Where did Youyou go? I brought her her favorite gift." Ji Shushu held a large gift box in her arms and looked around. There were too many people in the room, and she couldn't find the little one for a while.
"Okay, I'll accept her gift on her behalf." Even without Ji Shushu saying anything, Bai Xiaoru could guess what was in the big box Ji Shushu gave her. It was probably mostly imported snacks and candies, because Xiaoyouyou loved candy the most, and nothing could please her more than food.
"Hehe, you can accept this little red envelope for her too." Ji Shushu gave Bai Xiaoruo two generous red envelopes, one for Xiaoyouyou and the other for the baby who was about to be born in Bai Xiaoruo's belly.
Ji Shushu gently touched Bai Xiaoruo's belly, a little regretful, "Oh dear, if only you were carrying a little girl, then our Shengsheng could have married her."
Sitting in the stroller, little Gu Sheng stared with his big, round eyes wide open, drooling as he looked around at the unfamiliar surroundings. Little did he know that his mother was introducing him to a potential wife.
Bai Xiaoruo joked, "If you don't mind that our Youyou is a few years older than your Shengsheng, you can have a relationship with her."
Just then, little Youyou ran over from somewhere, tightly gripping her mother's skirt and waving her little hands, "No, no, Youyou doesn't want a little brother, doesn't want to be with a little brother." Little Youyou made a big face at little Shengsheng in the stroller; she didn't like this white little bundle of joy at all.
Little Shengsheng pouted, as if he understood that he was being disliked, and burst into tears. Ji Shushu quickly took him out of the stroller and gently comforted him.
Bai Xiaoruo pulled Xiaoyouyou behind her, "Look, you made your little brother cry, why don't you apologize to him?"
