"Um? Call me husband."
"Huh? I... this... is this... appropriate?" These two words were a bit too direct, weren't they? Bai Xiaoru stammered, too embarrassed to say it.

If it weren't for the insistence of Xian Zhengsen and Lin Suqing, who even used Su Yuluo's current whereabouts and situation as leverage, Xian Mingyu wouldn't care about becoming in-laws with the Bai family or calling such lowly people his father-in-law.
The thought that Bai Xiaoruo was also unwilling to acknowledge him as her husband, and wouldn't even let him speak, made Xian Mingyu feel inexplicably annoyed.
