Bai Xiaoruo tugged at Xian Mingyu's sleeve, signaling him to stop talking.
He knew perfectly well that she would never lay a hand on Shushu.
We had agreed in the dressing room that I would calm down and stop blaming Shushu, so why is he acting like this again?

"Mingyu, don't be impulsive. She didn't do it on purpose. There's no need to hold a grudge." Gu Yao stood in front of Ji Shushu.
After so many years of grueling training at the Xuan family headquarters, if Xuan Mingyu were to really lay a hand on Ji Shushu, he could break her arms and legs in no time.

As they reached the entrance to the women's restroom, Bai Xiaoru struggled to get down from Xuan Mingyu's arms.

"No way! How can a grown man like you go into the women's restroom? People will think you're... um... a pervert." I couldn't help but feel like throwing up again.
Bai Xiaoru kept swinging her legs, trying to get down, so Xian Mingyu had no choice but to put her down.

Bai Xiaoruo covered her mouth, staring intently at everything on the high platform.
I was happy for Anne, but also a little envious.
This is the kind of love she longs for most, and also the most ordinary kind.

Bai Xiaoruo only ate a small bowl of rice, a little soup and a little bit of vegetables. She wanted to chat with Annie and Ji Shushu for a while longer, but Xuan Mingyu pulled her away.
