Knox was very familiar with the style of operations on Custer Island, and no one doubted his words.

Eugene immediately operated the airship, increased the engine power to maximum, and rushed towards the mercenary airship group.

His eyes were firm: "We must not let them reach their destination, otherwise my wife will be in danger."

No matter what the cost, we must intercept the mercenaries, and it would be best to encircle and destroy them here.

Just as the two ships began to exchange fire, the intelligent computer communication that Valua placed next to the console rang.

Valua frowned and said impatiently while assisting Eugene: "Who called me at this critical moment?"

Gar came over and said, "It's an unfamiliar number. Let me answer it for you."

Then, Anrita heard Gar's voice: "Hello, this is Lieutenant General Valua, what's going on?"

Anita remained silent.

Aqir, who was standing next to her, frowned: "Isn't this person your useless partner?"

He looked at Anrita doubtfully and whispered, "This voice sounds familiar to me."

As wild beasts, males have very sharp five senses, especially hearing.

But through the phone, Archer couldn't tell the other party's specific identity.

He looked at Anrita hesitantly, asking with his eyes who she was and whether he knew her.

Anita fell silent again.

Anita walked away holding the communicator. Archer looked at her back, his eyes changing several times, hiding a bit of imperceptible melancholy.

This little female is hiding from me even when she is talking to me. Is it possible that she has some secret that she is afraid of being heard?

Anita moved a little further away. The sound of wind grew louder around her. She turned sideways, put the communicator to her lips, and called out in a low voice, "Gar, it's me."

At this moment in the interstellar space, Eugene's warships were fighting fiercely with Fei Jiantuan of the mercenary group. Laser cannons intertwined in the dark universe, and the explosions were deafening.

Gar was originally staring intently at the battle situation on the screen when he suddenly heard that extremely familiar voice. He was stunned at first, then his eyes widened in surprise and disbelief, and his voice unconsciously rose:

"Wife? It's really you! How are you? Are you okay?"

This shout startled everyone present.

In an instant, everyone who was originally doing their own job turned their heads and their eyes fell on Gal.

Eugene, who was in charge of the combat command, was standing in front of the control console. When he heard Gal's shout, he immediately turned around and walked over quickly. Even his steady steps became a little anxious.

Valua jumped up excitedly. Almost at the same time as Garl opened his mouth, he rushed to his side, reached out and grabbed the communicator, and said as he grabbed it:

"This is my communicator. My wife is calling me. Come back soon."

Gal was staggered by the sudden snatch and almost fell.

He looked helpless and shouted unwillingly, "Why are you so anxious? My wife just called me first! She must have something to ask me!"

Valua didn't listen at all. He held the communicator, his eyes brightening dramatically, his voice trembling slightly with excessive excitement:

"Wife, I am Valua, I miss you so much."

Gar was not willing to give up. He quickly moved closer, his head almost touching the communicator, and shouted at the top of his lungs, "Wife, I miss you more than he does!"

Anita listened to the chaotic commotion over there and could imagine what they looked like at the moment without even seeing them. She smiled and replied, "I missed you too."

Eugene saw it and shook his head helplessly, but the corners of his mouth couldn't help but rise slightly.

He was also excited to know that Anrita was safe.

Knox stood quietly by, his body straight and upright, his deep eyes fixed on the communicator in Valua's hand, his gaze focused, eager to know what Anrita said on the other end.

Eugene, obviously unable to contain his curiosity, said, "Valua, open it."

Valua nodded quickly, and with a slight sound, the music started playing.

Anrita's gentle voice instantly spread throughout the battleship: "Valua, are you with Gar and the others now? I'm so glad you're okay."

Hearing such caring words, Valua felt a warm current surge through his heart, sour and bitter. His eyes instantly turned red, and his tone was full of emotion and guilt:

"My dear wife, don't worry about me. We males are tough and can handle anything. But how are you now? Where are you?"

Anrita chuckled when she heard this and subconsciously glanced at Achir who was not far away.

At this moment, Archer was pacing thoughtfully, looking over here from time to time.

She lowered her voice: "I'm fine. By the way, where's Knox? Is he okay?"

The worry in his tone was obvious.

After all, when they were on Caster Island, Valua had been rescued by Achilles, but there had been no news of Knox.

Anita went to Caster Island to save Knox, but in the end she didn't even see him.

Before leaving, I finally sensed his location and hurriedly asked Valua to rescue him. But I still don't know if he is safe, so I asked anxiously as soon as the call was connected.

As soon as the words fell, Knox, who had been silent all this time, suddenly took a step forward, his voice low but with a hint of urgency: "Wife, I'm fine, don't worry about us."

His heart was already in turmoil, but his expression remained calm.

In fact, he was also very worried about Anrita, and the guilt in his heart was no less than that of Valua.

Anita risked her life to go to Caster Island to save him. If something happened to her, he would never be able to forgive himself.

Hearing Knox's voice, Anrita finally let go of her worries and said softly:

"Knox, I'm glad you're okay. I was worried about you. I'm relieved that you and Edmund are safe."

Knox pursed his lips, his eyes full of affection, and responded softly: "Wife, don't worry about us, just take care of yourself."

These males are strong and thick-skinned, so there is nothing to worry about. On the contrary, it is Anita, a high-level female, who should protect herself.

Anrita whispered, "I will take care of myself, and so will you. Don't make me worry."

Hearing this, Valua, Gar and the others fell silent, with complicated expressions.

Saint Anrita is so good to them. How could they deserve such a wife?

Their hearts were filled with emotion and self-blame. They had put such a good wife in danger. The thought of this made them feel particularly uncomfortable.

Eugene was paying attention to the fierce battle outside the ship, while distractedly listening to Anrita's words, and whispered: "Wife, is there anyone with you?"

Anita stood at the entrance of the valley, looking at the distant mountain fog. Under Aqir's gaze, she lowered her voice and said to her companions:

"Yes, do you still remember Aqir, the white tiger leader of the Dark Forest Tribe? He is right next to me now."

All the companions were shocked when they heard this.

Gal opened his mouth in shock. Although he had guessed that Anrita might have been taken away by Archer, he still found it unbelievable when he confirmed that the two were together.

Knox reacted very quickly. He reached out and covered Gal's mouth with his hand.
