Only one king-size bed room left

Only one king-size bed room left

The atmosphere at the meeting between Chief Hogg and the Snow Owl Tribe's leader was tense, as the two long-time enemies faced each other across the animal-skin rug.

Henry got straight to the point: "Saint Anrita is in your tribe, right? We've come here to take her back to Black Hawk Territory."

Valua beside him closed his eyes and concentrated, trying to capture the girl's breath with his mental power.

The Snow Owl leader glanced at Valua's posture ready to attack and said in a deep voice:

"Don't worry, Chief Henry. The Saint is being well cared for by our tribe."

"Taking care of the Saint is the responsibility of the entire Star Clan."

Henry snorted coldly, “Stop talking nonsense and take us to see her.”

"Why rush to meet?"

The Snow Owl leader stroked the bone sculpture on his waist. "Your brother got into a lot of trouble after losing control. When the Saint Lady first arrived, he had a high fever and was unconscious. If it weren't for our doctors treating him, I'm afraid he would have been..."

He paused deliberately, his eyes sweeping over Valua's suddenly tense jaw.

Valua took a half step forward: "Where is she now?"

"Naturally, everything is fine."

The Snow Owl leader spread his hands, "But to see her, we need to first discuss the trouble your brother has caused—your tribe should pay the price for disturbing the Snow Region."

Henry frowned.

It was indeed his negligence that Ethan lost control and escaped from prison, but he never expected that the child could change his body shape in animal form. He had not even noticed this rare gene.

"Tell me, how many Energy Stones do you want?"

"Smart guy."

The Snow Owl Clan leader stood up and said, "The Saint is in the counseling room, but I'm afraid she's busy right now..."

Before he finished speaking, the sound of flapping wings was heard outside the cave.

Everyone looked up and saw Ethan's Black Hawk being besieged by a group of Snowy Owls, but at some point it suddenly received a retreat signal and dispersed like a black cloud.

The black eagle carried the three people and flew towards the snowy forest, and its figure turned into a small dot in an instant.

Valua's pupils suddenly shrank and he turned and ran.

Henry only felt a flash of golden light, and the brown-haired man had turned into a gorgeous tiger, breaking the thin ice and chasing after him.

"Is this what you call careful care?"

Henry grabbed the Snow Owl leader's neck and said, "Explain clearly why the Saint was besieged? Isn't Ethan under house arrest in the forest?"

“Who knows?”

The Snow Owl leader shook off his hand and said, "You should take care of your brother! You're trespassing into our airspace without permission. Do you think the Snow Region is your backyard?"

Henry flicked his sleeves and turned around, the shadow of Black Hawk appeared behind him:

"You'd better pray that the Saint is safe. Otherwise, even if it violates the Interstellar Peace Treaty, I will let the Snow Owl Tribe taste the fangs of the direwolf."

After saying that, he flapped his wings and flew into the air, leading his guards into the depths of the snow-capped mountains.

Ethan's wings cut through the wind and snow, and Anita curled up in Knox's arms, her fur coat wrapped around her bulging belly.

Cody stood on the other side, using his python tail to sweep away the oncoming snow particles. "Warm Valley is just ahead. Should we just turn back?"

"Um."

Anrita looked up and saw that the tips of the boy's ears were red - he had been so embarrassed ever since she thanked him during her illness.

Once upon a time, Cody was still saying that "females should not rely on males", but now he always says that "taking care of females is our duty".

Knox suddenly pressed her shoulders: "There's movement."

A muffled sound came from the snow forest below, and a golden-haired tiger stepped on the ice of the lake and jumped out, raising its head and letting out a deafening roar.

The tiger's eyes reflected the figure high in the sky, and ecstasy and worry surged in its amber pupils.

"It's Valua!"

Anita leaned forward, holding onto Knox's arm, her hair raised in a tiny arc by the wind. "He's here to pick us up!"

The tiger left deep tracks in the snow and ran wildly after the shadow of the black eagle.

Valua's spiritual power surged towards her like a warm current, mixed with the palpitations of "finally finding you" and the self-blame of "making you suffer".

In the distance, Henry's flock of black eagles were breaking through the clouds and converging in the same direction.

Valua watched the black hawk in the sky gradually shrink, and finally confirmed that Anrita was safe and sound.

The shape of Knox's tentacles was too unique. He always felt that he had seen them on some interstellar wanted poster, but he didn't have time to delve into it at the moment.

After running in the snow for an hour, the tiger finally waited for Henry's aircraft formation. When it jumped onto the deck, its paw pads were already rubbed with blood marks.

Ethan deliberately slowed down this time.

When crossing the snowy forest, he still remembered how Anita had a fever caused by the cold wind, so after entering the warm temperate zone, he found a border town to land.

Cody followed him through the snow, his face full of confusion.

"Since you're tired, why not just wait for Chief Henry's aircraft? Valua's vehicle has a constant temperature cabin."

Ethan glanced at the girl sleeping in Knox's arms and lowered his voice:

"What do you know? There are so many males around the Saint, Valua, Eugene, Landry...how can we get a turn? She only needs us now."

Cody glared at him. "You actually planned this?"

"How else do you think you'll be able to catch up with your wife?"

Ethan raised an eyebrow. "Which of those noble males on the main planet doesn't consider 'companionship' as a compulsory course?"

Cody frowned: "But you are a noble from Bird Star, you should stay in the tribe to inherit..."

"Inherit what? Ice Cave or Snow Owl?"

Ethan interrupted him, "For Anita, I can apply for a residence permit on the main planet."

This remark struck a chord with Cody.

While the two were arguing, Knox had already carried Anrita into the largest hotel in the town center.

"Three rooms." Knox took out the black gold card.

"etc!"

Ethan squeezed to the front desk, winked at the waiter, and tapped the counter with his fingertips.

An A-grade energy stone quietly slipped into the other person's palm. "I heard there's only one room left?"

The waiter glanced at the three fierce-looking men and the delicate female protected in the middle, and immediately understood: "Yes, there is only one deluxe king-size bed room left."

Cody covered his face: "Ethan, your method is too crude..."

"Then you stay in the corridor, and Knox and I will stay with the Saint."

Ethan raised an eyebrow.

"No!" Cody said anxiously, "I want to live with you!"

Knox shook his head helplessly and carried Anrita upstairs.

In the room, a two-meter-wide bed took up most of the space, and the accompanying bathtub was large enough to accommodate three people in their animal form.

Ethan gently covered Anita with a blanket before Knox, while Cody quickly poured a cup of warm nutrient solution.

Anita rubbed her eyes and sat up, looking at the three faces close together in confusion: "Are we in Black Hawk territory?"

"Rest for a night first, and then continue your journey tomorrow."

Ethan smiled gently, his fingertips brushing against the strands of hair on her forehead.

Cody handed over the nutrient solution, his ears reddening, "Drink something. You didn't eat well on the way."

Anrita took the cup and looked at the three of them. "So where are your rooms? You can't all be crowded here, right?"

The three males fell silent at the same time.

The wind and snow howled outside the window, and the warm yellow wall lamp cast their shadows on the wall. Ethan's black eagle wings, Cody's python scale patterns, and Knox's tentacle afterimages intertwined together to form a strange guardian totem.

"We..." Cody began, but was interrupted by Ethan.

"Of course we live together." Ethan looked directly at Anrita, "You've just been through danger, and you need someone to watch over you."

Knox leaned against the headboard with his arms folded, acquiescing to the suggestion.

Anrita looked at their tense expressions and suddenly chuckled.

Compared to the nobles on the main star who pay attention to "etiquette distance", these straightforward orcs are much more lovely.

She leaned towards the head of the bed and patted the empty space beside her: "At least make it clear first that you are not allowed to snore."

As the snowy night deepened, Ethan curled up at the end of the bed in his original form, Cody curled up on his left side with his head resting on the python's tail, and Knox half-hugged her in his human form.
