Who is your leader?

Who is your leader?

Knox remained silent when he heard Anrita ask this.

Anita was not going to give up and pressed on, "Who is behind you? What is your purpose in taking me back?"

Some recent rumors flashed through her mind, and she couldn't help but speculate, "Could it be that they want to capture me and conduct research? Study my mental power?"

After all, she is the only S-level female in the entire galaxy.

Knox said suddenly with a stern face: "No, our leader is not that kind of person."

Anita's eyes lit up, and she stared at the back of Knox's head, thinking, I finally got the words out of this taciturn guy!

She said seriously, "Leader? The leader you're talking about isn't the leader of the wanted Galaxy Pirates?!"

Anrita was deeply impressed by this incident. When Eugene led the army to encircle the pirate group, Jacob abandoned his own fleet and fled with his confidants.

Knox didn't respond, which was undoubtedly a tacit agreement.

Anita was shocked. She never thought that Knox was a subordinate of the pirate leader Jacob!

However, Anthony used to be Jacob's subordinate, but was later suspected by Jacob. In order to save his life, he had no choice but to leave the Pirates Group and formed his own Pirates Group to fight against Jacob. He has had a difficult life over the years.

Anita patted Knox's shoulder in disdain and whispered:

"Are you stupid? Jacob is so suspicious. I heard he even didn't let his own godson go. What good will it bring you to follow him?"

Jacob's godson was Anthony, whom Knox must have known.

Knox didn't get angry when he heard this, but just said in a low voice: "The leader is a good person. He only wants to deal with those who betrayed him."

Anrita sighed helplessly. She didn't understand why Knox trusted Jacob so much.

To be honest, when Jacob was on the run, he didn't take Knox with him, but let Knox risk his life to come to the main planet to kidnap her. Anrita felt that Jacob didn't have much sincerity towards Knox.

Knox was probably also suspected by Jacob, but he was too obedient and had a high level of mental strength, so Jacob couldn't deal with him in person, so he secretly assigned him this dangerous task.

If it were someone else, they would have died in Eugene's manor long ago.

Anrita sighed and complained softly:

"How could you be so cruel? I didn't provoke you, yet you kidnapped me and took me to your leader's research base. Those crazy scientists might dissect my brain and study why I differentiated into an S-level for the second time.

Or they could cut open my belly and examine my uterus to see if S-rank females have higher fertility."

She grew increasingly frightened as she spoke, her voice trembling slightly. "They're not going to find a bunch of males to mate with me, and if I don't cooperate, they're going to force-feed me with drugs until I give birth..."

Knox frowned tightly, and just imagining the scene described by Anrita made him feel angry.

He said in a deep voice: "The leader is not that kind of person. Besides, as long as I am here, no one will dare to do this to you. Don't think about it."

Anrita didn't believe it at all. She felt that Knox was like a robot and couldn't think straight.

So, she leaned on Knox's shoulder and asked in a low voice, "Then tell me, what exactly does your leader want you to do by risking your life to kidnap me?"

Knox was speechless for a moment, and after a few seconds he replied, "The only S-rank female in the entire galaxy, who wouldn't want her? Our leader is no exception."

Anita pressed on, "You mean, your leader wants me? But I heard he's over two hundred years old, his hair is all white. Is he still okay? Does he... still have the ability? Is his sperm still active?"

Knox, a straight man who had been single for over twenty years and had never had any deep contact with a female, was stunned by Anrita's words.

His originally expressionless face instantly turned red, from his ears to his cheeks, then to his neck, and even his body temperature rose.

His voice was hoarse and he said sternly, "What are you talking about! Do all you females talk like you?"

This is too shameless. Doesn't she feel embarrassed? How can such words come out of the mouth of a delicate woman?

The forest was pitch black. Anita could only hear Knox's voice and feel his body temperature, but she could not see his face which was as red as a tomato.

Anrita thought Knox's response was too conservative.

This is the interstellar age. Males can court females on the street, and females can mark several males. They can even live together and have fun together when they feel like it.

She thought she was quite conservative, and sometimes she felt she didn't fit in. Unexpectedly, Knox was even more conservative than she was.

Anita said somewhat unhappily:

"What's wrong with me? What I said is true. Tell me, your leader kidnapped me and brought me back. It wasn't for research, nor did he want to marry me. So what exactly is his purpose?"

Knox fell silent. He had never thought about Jacob's purpose in kidnapping the S-level female.

In fact, he used to do whatever Jacob told him to do and never asked why.

He was adopted by Jacob when he was a child. It can be said that Jacob saved his life and was his savior. He only needed to obey Jacob's orders and work for him.

But now, Knox thought carefully, if Jacob wanted to be a partner with Anita...

His eyes grew gloomy.

Jacob is over two hundred years old and has several partners around him. He should not possess this S-level female anymore.

There was such a huge age gap between them that they were not a good match at all.

Knox thought so in his heart, and his arms around Anritsu tightened unconsciously.

His voice was a little hoarse, and he said in a low voice: "No, the leader already has many partners, he doesn't need any, you think too much."

Anita was so angry that she wanted to hit Knox on the head. She said angrily: "You are such a blockhead! You can't think flexibly!"

Knox's face tightened. "I told you, I'm a blockhead."

Anita rolled her eyes: "Idiot!"

She had never seen such a stupid person!

Knox responded stiffly: "I'm not stupid either!"

Anrita was speechless for a moment.

Knox took an escape pod to this technologically backward planet.

He grew up in a group of space pirates and developed strong survival skills in the universe.

He carries special equipment and knows exactly how to contact his group of pirates.

One night while they were traveling through the wilderness and forests carrying Anrita, they encountered a ferocious beast.

But for Knox, dealing with these beasts is easy.

He even took advantage of the night and walked for several hours on the mountain road to gut the beasts he had just hunted, cut off the legs and other tender parts, and put them into the storage terminal as food reserves.

Anrita watched him busying around, with no intention of escaping or helping, so she just stood there quietly.
