Chapter 201 You Kill Me First

Chapter 201 Kill Me First

Ye Yunchu held Li Ruanruan's wrist, and his unfathomable black eyes looked at her.

Li Runrun glanced at him, then lowered her head, somewhat unsure of what to do.

Finally, she raised her eyes and looked him in the eye.

Seeing him smile, I couldn't tell if it was amusement or sarcasm: "I already said you have no rules, why do you still care about something that doesn't conform to the rules."

He slowly let go of Li's soft hand and drank the wine in the glass.

Li Ruanruan was still frozen in place. Seeing that she didn't move, he lifted her wrist and brought the wine to her lips.

Li Runrun had no way to back down, seeing that everyone around her was looking at her.

She had no choice but to raise her head and drink the wine.

After the second glass of wine, the burning sensation became even worse, making her face flushed.

Li Ruanruan wanted to leave after toasting, but Ye Yunchu pulled her back and poured her another glass of wine: "Since you've already had two, let's make it three."

Hu Fenghua came over with a wine glass and a wine pot: "She can't drink much, let me drink the third glass."

Ye Yunchu ignored Hu Fenghua. He just lowered his head slightly and asked Li Ruanruan, "Would you like to drink this third cup?"

"drink."

It’s just three glasses of wine. I’ve already had two, so why can’t I drink the third?

Ye Yunchu filled Li Ruanruan's glass with wine again.

Hu Fenghua lowered his head to look at Li Ruanruan: "If you can't drink it, then don't drink it. Big Brother Ye won't mind."

"It's okay, I can drink."

Li Ruanruan raised her head to drink, but Ye Yunchu handed her the glass: "Do you know how to toast this time?"

Li Runrun brought the wine glass over, but she still didn't dare to let it be higher than her, but it wasn't that low either.

She lowered her glass just slightly to his, touched his, and without waiting for him to say anything, she raised her head and drank.

Then she turned the wine glass over, nodded at Ye Yunchu, stood up and sat back in her previous seat.

Ye Yunchu put down his wine glass, and his voice was like self-deprecating: "Toast me three glasses of wine, and I will naturally mediate your marriage for you."

Li Runrun listened to his words without raising her head, just looking at the dishes on her table.

But she felt a buzzing in her ears. She didn't know if it was because she was drunk. She felt suffocated and dizzy.

Hu Fenghua was still saying happily, "That's great, thank you, Brother Ye."

Hu Fenghua sat next to Ye Yunchu so familiarly, and put his arm around him.

Hu Fenghua toasts Ye Yunchu with wine.

Ye Yunchu looked at Li Ruanruan again, lowered his head, clinked glasses with Hu Fenghua, and drank.

The dancer came up to dance, and the only sounds in Li Runrun's ears were the sounds of stringed instruments and guqin, mixed with some noisy conversations.

With a group of dancers separating her and Ye Yunchu, Li Runrun lowered her head and ate something to fill her stomach.

Then I felt the food was too bland and wanted to have some tea, but I only had wine on hand.

She put down her chopsticks, froze for a moment, then slowly raised her eyes, looking at Ye Yunchu's face in the gap through the dancer's colorful long sleeves, swaying waist and sparkling little butterfly silver pieces.

When he looked at me, I hurriedly lowered my head, ate my food, and pretended to be busy.

Then she felt nauseous and realized she had drunk too much.

While no one was paying attention, Li Ruanruan ran out. She held onto the pillar of the corridor and vomited.

A maid noticed that something was wrong with her and ran after her. Seeing that she had vomited, she hurriedly brought her a cup of tea.

Li Runrun rinsed her mouth, took two sips of tea, and swallowed the churning in her stomach.

She sat on a bench and drank some strong liquor, but the breeze made her a little drunk.

She felt dizzy and uncomfortable, even though she couldn't drink much normally.

Drinking on an empty stomach is one, and being in a bad mood is the second.

It turns out to be true. When people are in a bad mood, they get drunk more easily than usual.

Li Ruanruan leaned against the corridor. The cold wind blowing on her body and face did not make her feel awake.

The maidservant beside her looked at her like this and saw sweat on her forehead. She thought it would be easy for her to catch a cold if she sat like this in the wind.

Just as she was about to ask, she heard footsteps. She looked up and saw the governor standing next to Li Ruanruan.

The maid was startled.

The governor looked at the maid and said, "I'm going to get some fresh air. She'll get sick easily if she sits like this. Go get some fox fur."

The maid hurriedly bowed and said, "Yes."

He turned around and left in a hurry.

Ye Yunchu leaned over and held the person in his arms.

Li Runrun was originally frowning uncomfortably, but suddenly opened her eyes and smelled the familiar sandalwood scent.

She knew it was Ye Yunchu without having to look at the person who came.

Li Runrun didn't know how to face him, so she closed her eyes and pretended to be drunk.

But he placed her in a deserted plum forest. She stood leaning against a tree before opening her eyes.

Then he bowed and saluted: "Your Excellency the Governor."

Ye Yunchu looked at her from close up: "Are you not going to pretend for a while?"

Li Ruanruan was silent for a moment, then said calmly, "I wonder what the Governor wants to see me about?"

Ye Yunchu pinched Li Ruanruan's chin: "Four years."

Li Runrun was shocked, thinking that Ye Yunchu didn't care about her, or had already forgotten about her.

But when he said this, she knew that he didn't.

Li Ruanruan was lifted up by him, she lowered her eyes and said, "Does the Governor know me?"

After he finished speaking, the surroundings were silent with only the sound of the wind.

After a long while, Ye Yunchu sneered, "Do I know you?"

He pinched her chin, applying a little force. Seeing her frown in pain, he moved his hand along her cheek and pressed the back of her neck: "Li Ruanruan, even if you turn into ash, I will still recognize you."

Li Ruanruan backed away, struggling against the force of his hand, moving as far away from him as possible within the limited range. She frowned and said, "I am not Li Ruanruan. Your Excellency the Governor has made a mistake."

"I told you, even if you turned into ashes I would still recognize you."

"My name is Li Meng..."

Before Li Runrun could finish her argument, he bent down and kissed her.

Her eyes widened, and she raised her hand to push him away, but she couldn't push him away at all, and his kiss became deeper.

It was like conquering a city, leaving her nothing wherever he went, only everything he had.

Then he lowered his head and bit her collarbone, as if in revenge, and the taste of blood filled his lips and teeth.

Like a vampire bat.

A maid's voice came from outside Merlin: "I'll go get a fox fur, and the person will disappear."

Then came Hu Fenghua's voice: "She's drunk. Hurry and find her. If she sleeps in a snowdrift, she'll definitely get sick. How can you serve someone? You can't even take care of her."

Li Ruanruan didn't say anything at first, but now she reached out and pressed his shoulders to push him away.

Ye Yunchu stood up straight, lowered his eyes, and looked down at Li Ruanruan condescendingly: "Do you want to shout?"

Li Runrun raised her eyes and looked at Ye Yunchu, not understanding what he was talking about.

"Call your future husband here and let him get to know me again."

Ye Yunchu moved closer to Li Ruanruan: "Let him know clearly that I am not his Big Brother Ye at all. I am here to snatch you from him."

Ye Yunchu hugged Li's soft waist, held her tightly in his arms, and lowered his head to rub her nose.

Even though they were so close, he sneered, "If you want to marry him, kill me first."
