I patted his little bottom, and Yu'er finally stopped: "Liangliang~"
"I'll give you an even shinier one." I placed the gold-inlaid jade bracelet in front of him, and Yu'er reached out to snatch it.
I held him on the ground, then squatted down next to him waving the bracelet. Yu'er got happier and happier as he grabbed my arm, trying to climb up.

I gave the bracelet to Yu'er, and he treated it like a precious treasure, hugging it and going to play in a corner.
Anxiang followed beside me. Seeing that Suling and Xizhi were still asleep, I asked my mother to come outside with me. I wanted to tell her everything that had happened today. Although my mother doesn't go out much, she has more experience than I do, so she can give me some advice.
"Mother~" Yu'er suddenly ran over before my mother and I even stepped out the door.

Yu'er shook her head, gasping for breath, "Mommy~ hug me~"
"All you do is act cute with your mother. You almost got kidnapped by bad guys, you know? If you had been lost, you would never have seen your parents again, and you would have been taken to be a little blind bear!"
"Ying'er~" Xie Yuancheng appeared out of nowhere, holding a small wind chime and shaking it in front of Yu'er: "How can you do this, making your precious son a little blind bear?"
"You don't know, we just ran into the Second Prince outside. He seems to have seen my face. I wonder if he'll be suspicious."

I didn't care about anything else now, and just hugged Xie Yuancheng's waist. Fortunately, the Second Prince didn't say anything. He just said to go to the main hall and wait for Xie Yuancheng, and that he had something to say to him later.
My hair was a complete mess because of Yu'er's mess. The Second Prince had just left when Xie Yuancheng finally carried Yu'er to the other side.
"Silly Yu'er, all of Mother's hair buns are gone."
When Yu'er saw me talking about him, he grinned and laughed, even leaning back. Luckily, Xie Yuancheng knew kung fu, otherwise he would have fallen to the ground.
Xie Yuancheng led us back. I look completely unpresentable now. He said that the Second Prince has come to the mansion three times recently, and we will probably have to leave before the two children are even six months old.
"Yuancheng, I... I don't want to leave the manor anymore, and I still have my precious son." I was about to cry. One second I was playing with Yu'er, and the next second I had to part ways.

Xie Yuancheng placed Yu'er in my arms and had Anxiang comb my hair before leaving. Yu'er was still laughing beside me. I won't touch his little chin next time; he just keeps laughing!
