Chapter 362 Something Happened When I Went Out (Part 1)

Xie Yuancheng came over and described my face. I showed it to him generously, and when he was laughing happily, I winked at him. Xie Yuancheng pounced on me.

I knew exactly which angle he liked to look at, thanks to the time I practiced in front of the mirror when my soul was in disarray. It wasn't for nothing that I put in so much effort, as Xie Yuancheng will remember it for a lifetime.

"Ying'er~" Xie Yuancheng woke up in the middle of the night: "You know my weakness, you know what I like, and you know my pain."

"You're reciting your love poems again so late at night." My voice was a little hoarse, and I didn't have much energy left. I leaned against him and wanted to rest.

"You've been so good these past few days. I'm going out tomorrow, let's go together."

Xie Yuancheng touched the Western Region clothes he had torn on my body. He said this dark green outfit looked best on me, and he showed no mercy when he tore it.

"Fine, I'll follow you wherever you go. You can't shake me off."

"You're the one who dumped me!" Xie Yuancheng started nitpicking, and I hugged his waist, saying, "Don't talk, I'm so sleepy~"

"I get sleepy every time I talk about this. I'll talk about it every morning from now on, until Ying'er feels ashamed, just like before, when she'd do whatever I told her to do~"

Xie Yuancheng leaned his face against mine. I yawned and fell asleep, but he was still talking. I told him I'd talk to him again when I was refreshed after a nap.

"Ying'er~ I'll change your clothes, don't fall asleep." Xie Yuancheng picked me up, and when I opened one eye, he leaned closer again.

We didn't wake up until noon the next day. As soon as I got up, I took a hot bath. Xie Yuancheng was massaging my back, but he was pushed away and leaned against me looking aggrieved.

"Ying'er~" He always knows to call my name. I pulled the cloth away, and he happily got into the big bathtub: "Why don't you go soak in the hot spring? We can."

"You can't do it for the next couple of days. You told me last night." I rested in the hot water bathroom, planning to talk to him again when I felt better.

"No, don't worry, we're not having any more children. You had three children and suffered a lot, it broke my heart. My original plan was to have only one child, but I had to get pregnant again. Your bones weren't fully developed yet, and it was so hard when you were pregnant with them. Now I'm going to teach them properly."

Xie Yuancheng leaned against me, and I couldn't help but laugh as I listened: "You're just being too petty. I'm really fine. Our children are very well-behaved. It wasn't easy for them to be born, so don't mess with them."

"Hmph! What they're learning is very simple. I'm being quite polite. When they're a bit older, I'll send them to Misty Abode to be personally taught by a master. That'll be truly impressive!"

"Are you going to take Yan'er with you to learn?" I was a little worried. Li Ruowei only has one daughter, and she must be reluctant to part with her.

"Yes, she's my sister's daughter. If it were someone else, I wouldn't care!"

Xie Yuancheng loves to argue about this, so I took his hand and he finally smiled. After we finished getting ready and went out, Xie Yuancheng still used a different door. I asked him why he didn't use the main door, and he said there were more people watching the main door.

As I was still pondering the meaning of those words, I saw two chubby children running over, carrying bamboo baskets in their hands. They were speaking in rough voices and clamoring for Xie Yuancheng to buy what they were carrying.

"So young and already doing business?" I spoke close to his voice. The fattest one had a belly as big as a ball. When she jumped up, it looked like she was carrying a big ball of flesh, bouncing and jumping higher than a ball.
