After the victory banquet ended, night had fallen, and the lights in the palace gradually went out, leaving only patrolling soldiers and the occasional sound of the night wind. Consort Mu, accompanied by her maids, was preparing to return to her palace when she was suddenly stopped by a group of soldiers.
"Your Majesty, please come with us." The soldiers' voices were devoid of emotion; their attitude was firm and unquestionable.
Consort Mu's heart tightened, but she remained calm: "What does this mean? I want to see the Emperor."
The soldiers didn't answer, but silently guided her towards Yujing Palace. The palace gates slowly opened, and Consort Mu was led into a lavishly decorated room, but the gates immediately closed, and she was placed under house arrest.
Zi Ling stood anxiously waiting in front of the gates of Yu Jing Palace. When she saw Consort Mu appear at the palace gate, tears welled up in her eyes, and a joyful smile bloomed on her face.

The two walked into Yujing Palace side by side. Ziling busied herself preparing tea and snacks for Consort Mu. Every action of hers revealed her care and love for Consort Mu.

"You should stay in Yujing Palace and reflect on your actions," Qi Jingxuan said coldly before turning and leaving the palace.
Consort Mu remained alone in her room, her heart filled with worry.
Consort Mu sat in the inner chamber of Yujing Palace, her brows furrowed, her eyes flashing with discontent and determination. Though outwardly calm, her heart was in turmoil. She knew she couldn't remain confined to the palace; she had more important matters to attend to.
She called softly, "Ziling."
"Your Highness, this servant is here." Zi Ling quickly entered the inner room and stood respectfully in front of Consort Mu.
"Send a message to the palace maid Mei'er and General Xu Yunchuan, saying that I have something to discuss with you." Although Consort Mu's voice was low, it conveyed an undeniable decisiveness.
Although Zi Ling was surprised, she never questioned Consort Mu's orders and immediately agreed to withdraw, beginning to secretly pass on the message.
Soon after, Mei'er and Xu Yunchuan quietly arrived at Yujing Palace. Mei'er was Consort Mu's confidante in the palace, while Xu Yunchuan was her capable assistant on the battlefield; both were utterly loyal to Consort Mu.
In Consort Mu's secret chamber, several people sat together, discussing countermeasures.
"Your Highness, what are your plans?" Xu Yunchuan asked with concern, filled with worry for Consort Mu's safety and future.
Consort Mu took a deep breath, her eyes flashing with determination: "I cannot be placed under house arrest by the Emperor like this. I must take action. We need to gather more court officials and win their support."
Mei nodded, her eyes filled with determination: "Your Majesty, many palace maids and eunuchs are loyal to you, and we are willing to do anything for you."
Consort Mu glanced gratefully at Mei'er, then turned to Xu Yunchuan: "Yunchuan, you have a high reputation in the army. We need your help to protect the stability of Qi."
Xu Yunchuan immediately knelt on one knee and solemnly bowed: "This humble general swears to follow Your Majesty to the death. Whatever Your Majesty commands, this humble general will do his best."
Consort Mu stood up, her posture upright, her eyes gleaming with wisdom: "Very well, we don't have much time, we must act quickly. Mei'er, go and contact those you can trust in the palace; Yun Chuan, you are responsible for contacting your supporters in the army. Our goal is..."
