Tang Yiyi didn't frame him. The design fee depends on the design drawings: "I'll pay you based on the design drawings. We'll decide after the design is finished!"

The old man happily accepted the money, and Tang Yiyi picked up the newspaper and told Xu Yan that he was going home.
