"Oh, so Third Sister, you've gone from a sparrow to a phoenix, becoming arrogant after gaining power? Why did it take you so long to dress up? What, do you want your younger sister to see how well you're doing?"
Lin Fu spoke in a sharp and sarcastic tone, appearing determined to make a scene.
Lin Zao looked at Lin Fu in surprise.
"What's wrong with Fourth Sister? Did you eat too many sour dates? If you're here just to mock me, then I'm not going to keep you company. Don't blame me for having someone send you out."
Lin Fu's eyes widened, and she shouted weakly, "You dare!"
Lin Zao casually sat down in the main seat to the side, picked up a cup of tea and took a small sip: "You can try it."
As if knowing that Lin Zaozhen was capable of such a thing, Lin Fu calmed down for a moment before explaining her purpose.
“I heard from my husband that my sister bought the double phoenix mirror that I love. I came here today to ask my sister to part with it and give it to me.”
Lin Zao looked at Lin Fu in surprise, scanning her up and down several times. She seemed surprised that Lin Fu was so shameless. Otherwise, how could she say such things so confidently?
"What kind of look is that? What's wrong with me asking for a mirror?" Lin Fu jumped up, looking furious.
"Ha, you think it's just a mirror?"
Lin Zao found it somewhat amusing, wondering how Wang Xuzhi would coax his silly younger sister. She guessed that Wang Xuzhi's visit today was probably his own idea.
Otherwise, Wang Xuzhi would never have dared to let her come to his door to ask for the mirror.
"If it's not a mirror, is it gold? Give me the mirror right now, or I'll tell your secret to your husband, and then we'll see if he still wants you!"
Lin Fu looked arrogant, as if she had caught Lin Zao by the nose.

Lin Fu felt a little guilty and breathless. In fact, she didn't have any concrete evidence. She had just accidentally overheard Lin Zao talking to himself.
"You like a man named Kong Jian and have an affair with him. Can you honestly say you don't?"
Lin Zao stared at her in disbelief.

"Well? Hurry up and give me the Double Phoenix Mirror, or don't blame me for telling your husband. I doubt any man could tolerate his wife having an affair with another man!"
How do you know Kong Jian?
Lin Zao lowered his voice, somewhat surprised.
"Never mind how I know, just tell me whether you'll give it to me or not!"
"I won't give it to you. Go ahead and say it, but who will believe you? Do you have any evidence?" Lin Zao acted like a dead pig that wasn't afraid of boiling water, which infuriated Lin Fu.
“Who says I have no evidence? I heard you say it with my own ears back then. You said, ‘Kong Jian, Kong Jian, if you don’t show up soon, I’m going to get married and have children. What use are you?’”
Lin Zao's pupils contracted sharply, and her expression turned strange, as if she hadn't expected Lin Fu to hear her words.
She did say that back then, but not to someone named Kong Jian; she was referring to the space.
Back then, she tried all sorts of methods, but she could never open the space. In a somewhat dejected state, she said something to complain, which Lin Fu happened to overhear.
Fortunately, Lin Fu was from ancient times and didn't know what "space" meant, otherwise she would have been exposed.
"So? You admit it now? Do you still dare to deny it? I'm going to tell your husband right now!"
Lin Fu stood up and made a move to walk out.
Before I could even lift my foot, I heard a deep, magnetic voice, languid and casual: "What do you want to tell me?"
Lin Fu was intrigued by the voice and looked in the direction of the sound.
