Lin Zao planned to go out and investigate again at the hour of Chou (1-3 AM), when people are in the deepest sleep and are less likely to be spotted.
She had already planned that once she succeeded, she would change her clothes and leave.
As night deepened and all things fell silent, the time came.

Since he didn't ask for anything in return, Lin Zao didn't want to refuse. After all, she didn't have time to waste here. She originally planned that it would be best if she could find something, but she wouldn't force it if she couldn't.
She was naturally delighted that someone was willing to help.
Lin Zao told Yue Wuyan about the conversation she had overheard between the prefect and the steward.
However, Yue Wuyan showed no unusual reaction after hearing this, as if he already knew the prefect's intentions.
Lin Zao thought about his skills carefully; it wasn't surprising that others knew the truth.
Yue Wuyan knew that since he had come here, he would definitely find out the prefect and his group's purpose, but he didn't take it to heart.

The moon left behind a single sentence before disappearing into the night.
Lin Zao stood there for a moment before realizing that he was worried she was lying to him, which was why he had tricked her into revealing her true intentions.
However, Lin Zao wasn't angry. As long as she got the things, that was fine. Besides, Xiao Wu was in the General's Mansion, so she wasn't worried that he wouldn't give them to her.
