Chapter 56 Photographic Memory

Song Ruan tilted her head and asked in confusion, "No, isn't this a good idea? Why do you need to think of other ways?"

Yang Bin looked at her frank expression, and his heart choked. But because of his own selfishness, he said nothing more and tacitly agreed to this vivid method.

The next night, Yang's mother did not sleep as expected. She sat in the hall to prevent Yang Bin from going out.

Fortunately, Yang Bin went to the town during the day to buy things for the marriage proposal, and told the third brother about it, so he didn't have to go out for the next two nights.

But Song Ruan didn't know about this. She was particularly worried that this would affect Yang Bin's career, so she was ready to support him.

Holding a book, she found Yang Bin, who was helping her carve wood to make a bath tub.

"Yang Bin, I don't know how to do a question. Can you help me?" Song Ruan deliberately raised her voice so that Yang's mother in the hall could hear it.

Sure enough, when Yang's mother saw Yang Bin following Song Ruan, she immediately stood up and looked around.

In the room, Yang Bin was bent over, with one hand on the desk and the other hand on her book.

He glanced sideways and asked seriously, "Which question do you not understand?"

Song Ruan glanced at the door, grabbed his clothes, pulled him closer, and whispered, "Asking about the question is just an excuse to help you escape your mother's sight so that you can run away later."

The girl under him had playful eyes and a chivalrous look as if she was ready to do bad things together.

Yang Bin looked at her for a while before he calmed down and said softly, "In that case, I will teach you. You must study hard."

"Ah, ah?" Song Ruan was stunned. "Isn't this just an excuse? Why are you serious about it?"

"To prepare for the college entrance exam, you should start studying now. You should try not to go to work in the future. Just study at home and I will do the housework."

Having suffered the beating of society in her dream, Song Ruan actually decided to take the college entrance examination, but...

"But I only graduated from junior high school. I have to wait until the college entrance examination is resumed. I have to go to high school and take the college entrance examination in a few years, right?"

She stopped going to school after graduating from junior high school because at that time the school mainly consisted of physical education classes and very few cultural classes. The school was also noisy with red armbands, so she simply stopped going.

"No, I can't wait." Yang Bin's eyes turned dark, "We will definitely be married by then, and you will have to study in high school for three more years and college for four more years. Isn't this going to kill me?"

"Ah?" Song Ruan looked at him in a daze.

"After we get married, don't you want to stay with me every day?" Yang Bin looked back at her passionately and licked his lips that had become dry in an instant. "By then, I may not even want to leave the room. I'll just want to hang out with you every day."

"Hanging around?"

Song Ruan stared in amazement. Was that the kind of vicious words she had imagined?

Yang Bin looked at the bright red lips and said in a hoarse voice: "Yes, that's what you think."

A very hoarse sound rushed into the cochlea with heat. Song Ruan lowered his eyes and quickly turned his gaze back to the book on the table.

But how could a man with his mind full of dirty thoughts let her go?

He lifted her chin, his Adam's apple rolling, "Are your lips naturally this red?"

Song Ruan didn't react, "What?"

"Let me check it out."

Without waiting for her to react, his lips suddenly fell on hers, but before he could lick and kiss her, they separated.

Because there was a sudden knock on the door.

"I'm coming in..." Yang's mother knocked on the door twice and pushed it open. Seeing the two people in front of the desk, Yang's mother smiled.

"I saw that you seemed to be studying, so I specially cut up the watermelon in the well." Mother Yang put the fruit plate on the table. "Studying is so good. You continue to study. I won't disturb you. When you get tired of studying later, remember to eat some watermelon..."

As Yang's mother walked out, she was still giving instructions with a smile on her face. She was in a very happy mood, which was completely different from her previous strict defense.

After Yang's mother left, Song Ruan asked in a low voice, "Why is your mother so opposed to doing business, but so supportive of studying?"

Yang Bin seemed to have remembered something, his eyes were tender, "Because my father is a very educated man."

Song Ruan nodded, as if to see what was going on.

"Come on, start from the freshman year of high school. You don't have any high school foundation, so you can only start with simple learning from the books, then do exercises, and then slowly expand later." Yang Bin took out a freshman year of high school math book from the bookshelf and opened it.

Song Ruan nodded solemnly. She knew clearly that not only did she not have the foundation of a high school, but her grades in junior high school were only average, so she was still a long way from taking the college entrance examination.

So she has to listen carefully and learn seriously.

"Do you still remember the concepts and differences of the three basic functions I just talked about?" Yang Bin asked.

"I remember." Song Ruan nodded and recited it fluently, "A function with the base as the independent variable, the power as the dependent variable, and the exponent as a constant is called a power function..."

"...Then do the exercises in this chapter in this workbook."

"Yeah, okay." Song Ruan nodded, took the exercise book he handed over, and started calculating seriously.

"Okay." Half an hour later, Song Ruan handed in the exercise book.

"So fast?" Yang Bin looked at the time on his watch.

After correcting the exercises, Yang Bin put down his pen and asked, "Why did you lie to me and say that your foundation is very poor?"

Song Ruan looked up and said puzzledly: "My foundation is very poor..."

"After listening to me explain it only once, he was able to recite the concepts and formulas by heart and got all the exercises right. Does that mean he has a poor foundation?"

After hearing what Yang Bin said, Song Ruan slowly reacted.

Just now when Yang Bin was teaching her, she seemed to remember all the concepts after he explained them once. The same was true for the questions. She remembered them firmly after doing them once.

It’s like... I have a photographic memory.

"Ah!!!" Song Ruan exclaimed and hugged the man in front of her.

"Yang Bin, my memory seems to have gotten really good."

Yang Bin smiled, "I can see that..."

"But why? How come your memory has suddenly become so good?"

Could it be... because of drinking Yuquan water?

The more Song Ruan thought about it, the more he felt that it was right.

"Yang Bin, if my memory always stays this good, then is it possible for me to take the college entrance examination with you guys?" Song Ruan asked excitedly with her eyes wide open.

Yang Bin ruffled her hair and nodded with a smile.

"That's great~" Song Ruan felt that this made her happier than picking up money.

"Bin'er, Xiaoruan, don't study too late." Yang's mother appeared at the door with her clothes on.

"Aunt Yang, did I disturb you? I was excited just now and spoke a little loudly..." Song Ruan quickly lowered his voice.

"It's okay, but you should go to bed early, because you still have to propose marriage tomorrow."
