Chapter 58 Spend Time Together

Chapter 58 Spend Time Together

The elevator went up and went straight to the newly rearranged president's office on the twelfth floor.

"You little heartless thing," Si Yankai said, wrapping his arms around Tang Ximian and rubbing his chin against his head. "It's been so long, and you can't even bear to make a few more video calls?"

Tang Ximian chuckled, and poked his tie, which was tied neatly around his chest, with his fingertips. "Mr. Si is so busy, how dare I disturb him?"

"And it's only been less than two days. Besides, the real person is right in front of you now."

Before he could finish his words, he felt a light pinch on his lower back with a familiar strength. When Tang Ximian raised his head, he was met with a warm smile.

Si Yankai's peach blossom eyes curved into two pools of spring water, and his fingertips stroked his slender waistline, as if he was stroking a lost and found treasure.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the office turned the twilight into amber wine, casting a honey-colored halo on the overlapping shadows of the two people.

"No matter what, I've made you miss me so much, I must be punished."

A minty whisper passed by his ears, and Si Yankai grabbed his wrist and pressed him against the leather sofa.

Tang Ximian's breathing became disordered due to the kiss, and she unconsciously clutched the hem of the other's shirt. The white knuckles made Si Yankai stop suddenly - the corners of the man's eyes were slightly red, and his eyelashes were trembling wetly, like a young bird with ruffled feathers.

When his fingertips brushed across the faint blue shadow under his eyes, Si Yankai's voice suddenly became very soft.

Tang Ximian shook his head stubbornly, his voice hoarse from the long flight muffled in his neck: "No, I miss you."

The warm breath swept across his collarbone, causing Si Yankai's heart to tremble slightly, as if a feather was gently teasing the softest corner.

The photo frame on the desk glows in the sunset, capturing the old times when cherry blossoms were flying.

At that time, Tang Ximian was smiling with her eyes curved, while Si Yankai outside the camera had eyes filled with affection more gentle than spring sunshine.

At this moment, he sat up straight, holding her gently on his lap, his palms stroking the soft top of her hair, and his nose rubbing against her hot earlobe from time to time: "Baby, why are you so good today?"

"Yes, yes, I have always been so well behaved."

Tang Ximian raised her face, her eyelashes fluttering as she held the big hand covering her head.

He tried to get away with it by smiling, but when he met Si Yankai's suddenly gloomy eyes, he realized belatedly that something was wrong.

He tried to break free from the restraints, but they only tightened. In a panic, he hooked his arms around the other person's neck and offered her a flattering kiss.

Si Yankai did not respond, but he was reluctant to push her away.

Looking at Tang Ximian begging for mercy with a red face, he suddenly covered her wet eyes with his hands.

"Hmm? What are you doing?"

Si Yankai did not answer, but picked up the person with one hand, causing the person in his arms to panic and hug his neck, and subconsciously wrap their legs around him.

The moment he pushed open the door of the lounge, Tang Ximian discovered the secret hidden in this small world.

When he saw the bed covered with soft bedding, his ears instantly burned red: "I just got back and you're already thinking about this. Tell me, are you just greedy for my body?"

Although his tone was fierce, his fingertips were grabbing Si Yankai's tie and refused to let go.

Si Yankai raised his eyebrows and threw the person onto the bed. Looking at Tang Ximian who was looking for a way out vigilantly like a frightened cat, he suddenly felt soft-hearted.

He leaned over to help the person take off his shoes, his movements as gentle as if he was treating fragile glass: "I won't make trouble with you anymore. I didn't do anything to you today, and I'll punish you next time." As he spoke, he carefully wrapped the person in the quilt, tucking in every corner.

"Go to sleep. You must be tired after such a long flight."

His voice was as gentle as if he was coaxing a child, and his fingertips gently patted the bulging quilt.

Tang Ximian was still pretending not to be tired, but before they could talk for a few words, she indulged herself in the soft big bed, her breathing gradually becoming longer.

Si Yankai looked at the sleeping face, smiled gently, turned up the air conditioner temperature and returned to his desk.

In the cold light of the computer screen, he sped up the processing of documents - only by finishing the work early could he take his little treasure to eat his favorite roast goose with sour plum sauce.
