Chapter 9 Spend Time Together
Tang Ximian almost rushed into the hotel.
Si Yankai called him from behind, dragging two suitcases in his hands.
Tang Ximian turned a deaf ear to him, waited for the elevator to open, jumped in, pressed the elevator door open button and waited for Si Yankai.
"What are you in such a hurry for?"
Si Yankai followed in quickly, and the wheels of the suitcase made a dull sound on the carpet.
"Skiing!" Tang Ximian's eyes sparkled. "I finally have the National Day holiday to go out and play. I can't wait!"
Si Yankai looked at his excited expression and the corners of his mouth rose unconsciously.
This guy has been like this since he was a child. Once he gets excited, he is like a happy puppy.
"Let's go to the room and put our luggage first." Si Yankai said.
"I know, I know." Tang Ximian responded perfunctorily, his fingers tapping the elevator buttons non-stop.
Mu Jiu and Mo Ziyan sauntered in from behind. Mu Jiu yawned. "Could you two just be quiet for a moment? I'm exhausted from this long flight."
"That's right," Mo Ziyan agreed. "It's not too late to take a break before going skiing."
Tang Ximian turned a deaf ear.
The elevator rose and the door opened. He rushed out, found his room number, swiped his card to enter, threw his luggage on the ground, turned around and was about to run out, but was ruthlessly caught by Si Yankai.
"I'm not cold!" Tang Ximian said stubbornly.
"It's twelve degrees below zero outside."
Si Yankai sighed, took out Tang Ximian's down jacket from the suitcase, and forced it on him.
Tang Ximian struggled for a while, but finally put it on obediently.
"Let's go." Si Yankai said.
Tang Ximian cheered and ran out pulling Si Yankai.
Mu Jiu shouted from behind: "Be careful, both of you!"
"I know!"
The ski resort is not far from the hotel.
As soon as Tang Ximian arrived at the ski resort, he couldn't wait to rent a ski board.
He stood on the snow slope and took a deep breath. The cold air rushed into his lungs, making him feel a little more awake.
"Be careful." Si Yankai said behind him.
Tang Ximian turned around and made a face at him, then dived and slid down.
His movements were not very skillful, but he was bold. He quickly mastered the balance and drew a graceful arc on the snow.
Si Yankai stood there, looking at his back with gentle eyes.
Suddenly, Tang Ximian staggered and was about to fall.
Si Yankai's heart suddenly rose to his throat. At this moment, a figure slid over quickly and held Tang Ximian firmly.
"Are you okay?" the man asked.
Tang Ximian looked up and saw a strange man. He was wearing goggles, so his face couldn't be seen clearly, but his voice was very pleasant.
"It's okay, thank you." Tang Ximian said.
"First time skiing?" the man asked.
"No. It's just that I haven't skated in a while, so I'm a little uncomfortable."
"I see. Do you want me to teach you some other techniques?"
Tang Ximian was about to nod when he suddenly felt a chill on the back of his neck.
He turned around and saw that Si Yankai had slipped behind him at some point, his face frighteningly gloomy.
"No need." Si Yankai said coldly, "I'll teach him, thank you."
The man was stunned for a moment, then smiled and said, "Okay, have fun then." Then he skated away.
Tang Ximian glared at Si Yankai in dissatisfaction: "What are you doing? He is teaching me out of kindness."
"It's not safe." said Si Yankai.
"What's unsafe?"
"What if he's a bad guy? And you're quite good at skating. It's just been a while since you last skated. You should get used to it before trying any difficult moves."
"Okay, okay, I'll listen to you."
Tang Ximian selectively heard the words "You're quite good at skating" and was very happy. He stopped making trouble and obediently adapted to skateboarding.
