"You bastard!"
"Leidenhon!"
Helian Tu turned on his personal computer and saw the news on the StarNet.
The Leiden family plotted a rebellion, and the patriarch wanted to take their place.
Initially, Helian Tu didn't quite believe the news.
In the empire, the media is not controlled by the royal family, and all speech and public opinion are free. However, precisely because of this, everyone can create momentum through the media, and information is constantly circulating. For the public, it is essential to have the ability to judge the truth of the news.
But in the afternoon, Arad returned empty-handed and recounted everything that had happened at the Leiden family's gate.
Not only did they not see anyone, they were also subjected to humiliation.
After throwing a tantrum, Helian Tu waved for Arad to leave, saying, "Go down, you don't need to come over these next few days."
Arad looked up at Helian Tu, somewhat surprised, but had no choice but to obey.
After waiting for Arad to leave, Helian Jue sat quietly for another two or three hours until the sky darkened.
At 11 a.m., Helian Tu changed his clothes and quietly left through the back door of the private residence.
After Arad left, he went to find Yuan'er as usual.
"What's wrong?" Arad asked.
Yuan'er shared the screen of her personal terminal, "Look, His Highness the Crown Prince is in such a sorry state."
"The injury must be very serious."
"I hope Your Highness will recover soon."
"And the little spirit pet, there hasn't been a live stream since His Highness was injured."
...
Arad remained silent, simply listening quietly to what Yuan'er had to say.
After talking for several minutes, Yuan'er pretended to suddenly realize something and said, "Sorry, I forgot..."
"Just pretend I didn't say anything!"
Arad smiled, somewhat surprised. Yuan'er had always served the Empress, so why would she have such a good impression of the Crown Prince?
Yuan'er chuckled, "They're fans of the Crown Prince and his little spirit pet's pairing and their looks."
"Baby Youyou is so cute."
"Look at this video!"
"And this too!"
Arad had no choice but to accept Amway's recommendation. He had nothing to do these past few days and had been spending time with Yuan'er. Even though he hadn't consciously taken it to heart, he had gained a better understanding of His Highness the Crown Prince these past few days.
It's very different from what I knew and understood before.
Five days later, Helian Tu suddenly notified Arad to go to his private residence.
"Arad, are you willing to leave the capital planet with me?" Helian Tu asked directly, looking at Arad with sharp eyes, "Let's leave this place and start anew."
Arad lowered his head, countless thoughts flashing through his mind in an instant. The Second Prince's meaning was not really to ask for his opinion, but rather an almost direct order.
There is only one yes answer to this question; there is no other answer.
“I am willing,” Arad replied immediately. “As Your Highness’s guard, I must follow you.”
Upon hearing this answer, the murderous intent that had been hidden within Arad's sight vanished instantly.
"Get up. As long as you follow me wholeheartedly, I will not treat you badly."
Arad was symbolically helped up by Helian Tu. "We'll leave first thing tomorrow morning."
Only then did Arad realize that he hadn't asked where they were going.
"You'll know when we get there." Helian Tu didn't give a direct answer, but only instructed Arad to pack his luggage quickly.
After leaving the private residence, Arad first told Yuan'er.
"Arad, are you... really leaving?" Yuan'er asked reluctantly, "The capital planet..."
She wanted to say that the capital planet was great, and that he could leave Helian Tu's side if he wanted, but she couldn't bring herself to say it.
"Yuan'er, I will come back, I will definitely come back safely," Arad promised. "Please believe me."
The words of persuasion that were on the tip of Yuan'er's tongue remained unspoken; she simply replied, "I believe you."
"Arad, no matter what happens in the future, please remember that I'll be waiting for you on the capital planet."
Arad felt a surge of warmth in his heart. "Okay."
After hanging up the call via the quantum computer, Yuan'er sat on a stone bench in the garden for a while.
When Zhu Yue came out of Leidenxin's bedroom, she saw Yuan'er staring blankly at the flowers in front of her with a reluctant expression.
"What's wrong? Is Arad leaving the capital planet?" Zhu Yue asked, sitting down next to Yuan'er.
After Yuan'er sighed, she said, "Your Highness was absolutely right. Helian Tu and the others are going to leave the capital planet."
"I hope what I said a few days ago was helpful to Arad."
Zhu Yue massaged Yuan'er's shoulders as a form of comfort.
