Su Wan asked Lin Qingfeng to push the cart. When they arrived at the artificial hill, they saw a recessed area, just like the wall of a consultation room door. She quickly put the jade pendant inside.
The artificial hill trembled and began to crack open from the middle, revealing an open metal door and a dark passage inside.
"Everyone, hurry up and come in," Su Wan urged.
Chu Mingyao pushed Wei Jingzhuo into the passage first, followed by the girls who were candidates for goddess.
The sun had already set, and the riot was drawing ever closer. More than ten people emerged from the darkness and ran desperately toward the artificial hill.
"Monster! Monster!" shouted a man carrying a long sword who was running at the front. "Help us! There's a monster... it's killed so many people!"
The scene was chaotic, with everyone panicking and screaming. Su Wan knew that it was impossible to keep everyone quiet, so she quickly shouted, "Come here quickly!"
Several young men who ran fast rushed forward first, while the remaining elderly people and women, unable to keep up, lagged behind. Su Wan called out, "Qingfeng..."
She had intended to ask Lin Qingfeng to fetch her, but as soon as she called out his name, the courtyard wall collapsed, dust billowing up and revealing Jiang Yan's figure. He rushed to a person who had fallen to the ground, stomped on their chest, and flattened it. Then he leaped to a woman, grabbed her, and tore her in two.
Several men swung their swords forward, slashing and stabbing, but to no avail on Jiang Yan. Jiang Yan stretched out his bloodied hand, grabbed two longswords, and snapped them in two. Then he grabbed a man's head, lifted it into the air, and slammed it to the ground, smashing his brains until they splattered, red and white blood flowing out.
The remaining people were terrified and turned to flee. Jiang Yan leaped forward, his hand piercing through a man's back and protruding through his chest. The man hung in mid-air, staring at the black claw protruding from his chest and the gushing blood, letting out a terrified scream.
Su Wan was terrified, and those who hadn't yet entered were even more frightened, standing frozen in place like lambs to the slaughter.
