Su Wan was taken aback, and a blush inexplicably appeared on her face.
Wei Jingzhuo understood the meaning behind her words.
She gave him a coquettish glare, which, in Wei Jingzhuo's eyes, evoked a unique feeling.
He turned her around, reached out and hooked her chin with his finger. His clear, cold eyes were as deep as the sea, making one unable to resist being captivated by them. Before Su Wan could react, his thin lips had already descended.
Su Wan resisted for a moment, then stopped moving.
The image of the two embracing and kissing in front of the window was reflected in the glass, causing Lu Zhao, who had just stepped into the courtyard to find Su Wan, to freeze in place. Realizing that she had disturbed the couple, she blushed and turned to slip away.
As she reached the front door, she couldn't help but glance inside again.

He knew that if things continued to develop as they were, the outcome would likely be dire.
"Ah Wan, I'm leaving tonight and will be back in a few days." Wei Jingzhuo stopped and turned back to tell her as he stepped out of the room.
These words sounded to Su Wan like a husband giving instructions to his wife who was leaving home before going on a long trip.
A sweet feeling welled up inside her; it seemed like this feeling wasn't so bad after all.
Su Wan also got up and took a suitcase from the apartment for Wei Jingzhuo.
It contained various medicines. She tore off the labels and pasted on the text of this world so that no one would suspect anything if she took it out.
She gave all of these to Wei Jingzhuo, and then took out a plastic bag containing compressed biscuits and bottled water.
"Have a safe trip," she said, handing the luggage to Wei Jingzhuo. "Come back soon."
