The middle-aged man was startled; his head was still throbbing from being hit by a stick by the pharmacy clerk. Hearing Su Wan shout, he assumed the clerk was chasing after him and turned to run.
Helpless, Su Wan could only shout again, "I'm not from the pharmacy."
The middle-aged man then stopped, turned around and looked at her, saying, "Young man, do you need something from me?"
Su Wan caught up with him and asked, "I saw you run away from the pharmacy just now, what happened?"
