Chapter 108 White Tiger Army Flag

Chapter 108 White Tiger Army Flag

The battle came and went quickly. After the lightning and thunder, the rain stopped and the wind died down.

The refugees fell into the illusion of a pot of fish soup, but when they woke up, they suddenly found that many people had fallen down in the crowd, some were strong men, and some were respected elders.

Smoke rose from the dilapidated temple, but the refugees resting inside and outside the temple were frightened.

The old man who had guided them here had long since disappeared, and they scrambled away from this ominous place.

"There's a ghost! There must be a ghost!"

Whether it's a monster or a ghost, bewitching people and taking their lives, these are not scary words at all in this era.

When the water level rises, monsters will appear in the water to eat people. Desolate tombs and ancient temples are often inhabited by ghosts.

Some are taboos passed down by word of mouth, and some they have already witnessed.

The refugees hurried on their way again, away from the dilapidated temple and continued on their way to the county town.

Gong Mengbi also has to rush to another battlefield to see General Ban Yin off for the last time.

General Ban Yin sensed that a large number of ghosts had disappeared, and realized that something had happened in Bai'e Mountain, so he rode the Xingfeng back to Bai'e Mountain.

Cloud dragon and wind tiger, the tiger roamed in the wind, roaring for thousands of miles, and it only took a moment to rush back to Baie Mountain.

But when he really returned to Bai'e Mountain, this haunted burial ground with howling winds and endless resentment had changed a lot.

The corpses and bones exposed on the ground disappeared, and the earth's energy in Baie Mountain became active and full of vitality, which was very different from the cold and solemn atmosphere before.

The formation that gathered evil spirits and condensed eerie ghostly energy had long been broken by Fatty Kang and Xiangjun, two monsters who could communicate with the earth and the forest, ruining the entire layout of Baie Mountain.

The ghosts and monsters are gone.

Only strange caves carved by wind erosion remain, echoing with the sound of the wind like breathing.

Fatty Kang was holding the last of the ghosts, the old ghost with a goatee. "Old man, everyone else is going to Haoli, why don't you want to go?"

The old ghost struggled and said, "I am a ghost fairy. I don't want to die. Please let me go. I am willing to betray General Banyin. I have a way to break free from his control."

Fatty Kang was holding the old ghost in his arms. His expression suddenly became serious. He said, "It's not up to you. Go to the underworld and talk to the Yin officials."

"I won't go! I won't go!" Ghost Old Man wailed as he was pressed into the ground by Fatty Kang.

The soil was so cold and dark, and the vivid world disappeared from Gui Lao's senses.

The earthy smell was a kind of decayed odor. Gui Lao even felt that he had turned into a piece of dead wood, with small insects crawling in the soil, and seeds and roots growing in the soil.

This should clearly be a world of decay and despair, but it is so peaceful, so serene, and so full of alternative vitality.

Xiang Jun squatted down and pressed the jade piece on the place where Gui Lao sank.

She closed her eyes, felt the breath of the mountains beneath her feet, drew the power of the mountains and forests, and used the Taiyue Talisman as a medium to open the door to Haoli.

Gui Lao didn't want to go, but he couldn't refuse Haoli's call and disappeared into the soil.

The howling storm was like the roar of a tiger.

A howling, fishy wind blew up, making Bai'e Mountain seem as dark as if it were the sky.

The clouds collapsed and the trees danced their branches, struggling to resist the strong wind.

Fatty Kang's face was solemn as he looked towards Wuning County. His clothes were clinging to his body, revealing his muscular figure, like a giant.

Xiangjun put her hand in front of her eyes to avoid being blinded by the flying sand and falling leaves. Her long hair danced in the wind, and her bamboo-like dress swayed like the waves.

Brother Yang held a machete, and Brother Yuan held a branch, standing behind them.

Suddenly, a tiger roar like thunder resounded throughout Bai'e Mountain, trees were broken, rocks rolled, and a middle-aged scholar with an elegant appearance landed on Bai'e Mountain.

"You are so bold! I didn't bother you, but you dared to attack Baie Mountain while I was away!"

The middle-aged scholar's voice was mixed with the sound of the wind like the roar of a tiger, which made people's legs and feet weak.

Wen Xiu fell behind Xiangjun, grabbed her flying dress tightly, and trembled.

Brother Yang clenched the scimitar in his hand and whispered, "My legs are a little weak, big brother, can you hold on?"

Fatty Kang whispered, "What's there to be afraid of if the four of us fight him alone?"

He straightened his back and shouted, "If we don't deal with you today, won't you deal with us when you reach the sixth level?"

General Ban Yin was slightly surprised, his eyes gradually turning amber yellow. "You guys have suddenly become smart, haven't you? Well, although we've lost some soldiers and generals, having you under my command is more than enough to make up for the loss."

General Ban Yin walked towards them, strolling leisurely, but with every step he took, the sky became darker, and with every step he took, the wind became stronger.

There seemed to be endless darkness behind him, and out of that darkness emerged a group of shadowy ghosts whose number could not be seen clearly.

These minions twisted like smoke and clouds, surrounding General Ban Yin. As he stretched out his hand and pointed, they rushed towards Fatty Kang with a roar and a rolling evil spirit.

"It's trouble! This isn't just four against one, we're surrounded by him!" Brother Yang groaned in a low voice.

"Kill him for talking so much nonsense!" Fatty Kang took a deep breath, stepped on the ground, grew ten feet tall, and pounced towards General Ban Yin.

Fatty Kang looked fierce and said, "If you want to kill your father, here he comes!"

He ran on Baie Mountain, as if he could hear the earth shaking. He stepped in front of General Banyin, turned around and punched General Banyin in the face.

One by one, the minions rushed forward and stood in front of General Ban Yin, but were beaten into pieces and turned into gray smoke by a punch.

General Ban Yin didn't move, looking at Fatty Kang coldly.

The large cloud of gray smoke blocked Fatty Kang's fist, making his punch like hitting cotton and not hitting General Ban Yin's face.

General Ban Yin suddenly punched out, hitting Fatty Kang's wide-open middle door with both fists, forcing Fatty Kang to retreat repeatedly, and the rocks under his feet cracked.

"Such tough flesh." General Ban Yin rubbed his fists. "It seems that all your strength is in the dirt. Killing you is a piece of cake."
