Chapter 83 Remarks on the Release

The idea of opening this book was actually quite impulsive.
Many friends advised me not to write this, saying that it is a niche subject, has a small market, is relatively unpopular, and that success is unlikely to be guaranteed.
When it comes to writing a book, what is the most important thing when choosing a topic? Is it market acceptance? Is it within your ability to write about it?
These are important, but not the most important.
In my opinion, the most important thing is what you want to create and express.
What do I want to write about? Interstellar themes, space opera, World War I/II style wars, artillery tanks, mechas, special forces, trench warfare, human wave charges...
Then I looked for ways to materialize these ideas. Total War + Stellaris + Hearts of Iron + Warhammer 40k... I feel excited just thinking about putting these things together.
Then I started writing, without listening to any advice, and published it as soon as I finished writing.
The beginning was not smooth, and the results were not very good, so when the editor told me that Sanjiang could be on the list, I was really surprised and delighted, because I thought there was no hope...
Of course, overall the results are definitely still not good.
I am somewhat prepared.
My goal is to write what I want to write, and then hope to find readers whose brain waves can resonate with mine.
That’s pretty much the origin of the book. It will be on the shelves tonight, and I’ll tell you about my update plans.
For future long-term updates, the daily limit will be 4,000 words, which is about 2 chapters. Sometimes they may be combined into one chapter, and we will try to send them all out by noon.
Some comrades say it's too little, but I can't do anything about it. When you reach middle age, your energy is not as good as before. You have a job and a family, so it's hard to make more promises.
But I will try my best to add more chapters based on 2 chapters. I hope to be able to update 3 chapters regularly, but this is not guaranteed. I can only say that 2 chapters are the minimum.
If there are any happy events, such as the average subscription has exceeded an integer, or there is a large reward (10 chapters for the leader!), or my boss was hit by a car when he went out (not really)... things like this, I will try my best to add more chapters based on 2 chapters!
Let me talk about the update plan for the day of launch.
Today's two chapters were sent out at noon, free chapters;
After midnight, I will post 5 chapters directly;
Then tomorrow at 11:00, there will be 2 chapters as usual;
This is the 7th chapter that was released on the day.
If the average subscription is over 1,000, we'll add one chapter! If it's over 2,000, we'll add two chapters! (It can't go higher anyway).
