The sudden ringing of a cell phone interrupted their laughter and conversation. Xu An's gaze fell on the caller ID; it was Lu Shengnan calling.
After ending his call with Liu Tong, Xu An wanted to call Lu Shengnan and ask her to prepare a plan outlining the development prospects and construction budget for the food processing plant.
But seeing that it was already past noon and lunch break, Xu An thought he would finish eating and contact Lu Shengnan after he went back to work at 2 p.m. He didn't expect that she would come to him on her own.
"Is there anything urgent you need to contact me about?" Xu An asked after pressing the answer button.
“Yes, boss,” Lu Shengnan nodded and said, “I just received a call from staff at Haishi TV. They want to do an exclusive interview with our company. They can decide the interview time based on our schedule. Boss, do you want to accept this interview invitation?”
"An interview invitation from Shanghai TV? How could this be so sudden?" As he spoke, Xu An seemed to have thought of something, and a hint of a smile appeared on his voice. "Could it be because our company was featured on a news report on a TV station outside the province?"
"Haha." Lu Shengnan laughed, a rare occurrence during work-related communication.

If it is five minutes long, it will be inserted in the middle of the news broadcast. If it is more than five minutes long, the news broadcast time will be shortened and it will be broadcast at the end."
“Then let’s agree,” Xu An said, glancing at the calendar on Xu Heping’s phone. After a few seconds of pause, he added, “Let’s schedule it for next Monday. I’ll be going back the day after tomorrow, Sunday.”
"Okay, I will reply to Haishi TV at 4 PM."
"Oh, by the way, I have a temporary but not urgent task for you," Xu An said, assigning the work a second before Lu Shengnan said goodbye. "The situation is like this: put together a plan and see if it's worthwhile to increase investment here and build a food processing plant."
"Are they mainly products like mochi, shortbread, cookies, and grape juice?" Lu Shengnan paused for two seconds before asking, "Boss, do you know what my previous company did?"
