Chapter 15 Genius Huang Bingyao

"I'll leave the venue selection to you first. You have connections at the TV station. See if there is a suitable venue." Wu Changyun said to Du Qifeng.

Du Qifeng nodded. He didn't have any excited anticipation for this movie. He just felt that Wu Changyun in front of him was not an ordinary person. After just a short contact, the other party had already decided on the screenwriter who would perfect the script and the villain. His eyes revealed an unwavering attitude towards the movie.

"Fushun, we have to invite Huang Bingyao. I know where to find him. You can come with me to help me support the stage." Wu Changyun's current plan requires a sum of money to invite Huang Zhengli, and the venue can be determined after it is finalized.

"Then I'll go ask Liu Xiao for money first." Fu Shun patted his chest, rolled up his sleeves and looked aggressive.

"No rush, forget it, I'll go with you to test Liu Xiao's attitude." Wu Changyun was also afraid that Fu Shun would act impulsively and cause trouble. Liu Xiao was able to gather a group of idle people in society, so there must be some force behind him.

Wu Changyun and Fushun found Liu Xiao. When he heard that they were going to invite a martial artist from South Korea, he immediately felt a sense of ridicule.

"You really don't understand. Why invite foreigners?" Liu Xiao stood in the corridor of the pavilion, turned around and looked at the two of them with a smile.

Nowadays, the Hong Kong box office is flooded with many foreign films, and their box office performance has always been very good. Before Bruce Lee, they had always topped the Hong Kong box office list.

"I've seen plenty of you guys. You watched a couple of foreign movies, put two foreign action stars on the posters to make things look good, and then advertised it as a blockbuster production featuring overseas stars." Liu Xiao tapped Wu Changyun's chest with his finger and continued teasingly, "You're trying to fool the audience and the box office with this? Don't be silly, you won't make any money this way."

"If you knew how to make money by shooting, you wouldn't think of cheating, right?" Wu Changyun sneered.

"Do you really think you're an actor? What are you? You were just a bit player on the set for two days. You're just lucky you didn't fall to your death."

Wu Changyun suppressed his urge to speak and patiently explained to Liu Xiao, "I don't want to argue with you. Huang Zhengli has excellent leg skills and is as expressive as any martial artist in Hong Kong. If we can get him to play the villain in this movie, he will be the best villain actor in Hong Kong in the future."

"Don't make me laugh. How do you know? Have you seen him?" Liu Xiao looked up and down at Wu Changyun's outfit.

Wu Changyun couldn't answer this question, but Wu Changyun had never heard of the guy Liu Xiao was supposed to play the villain, and he had to pay him 50,000 Hong Kong dollars as a reward.

Fifty thousand Hong Kong dollars is more than enough to hire some lesser-known actors. Wu Changyun asked tentatively: "What if the person I hire only needs to pay thirty thousand Hong Kong dollars? That way you can make more money."

Liu Xiao's expression was somewhat evasive. Seeing his reaction, Wu Changyun pulled Fushun away.

As the two of them were on their way to the Ministry of Health, Fushun suddenly muttered, "They've only studied a few years, but they're still pretending to be anything but ordinary people."

Indeed, compared to Liu Xiao who had studied for a few years, Wu Changyun and Fu Shun were both complete peasants, and it was normal for Fu Shun to lack confidence.

"Now we rely on our own two feet and take the initiative to go door to door to invite people. Do you believe it? In the future, we will have a dedicated telephone line, and we will be overwhelmed with calls inviting us to make movies." Wu Changyun said.

"I'm not saying anything bad about you, Liuzi, you're just bragging. Ever since you fell asleep that day, no, I guess it was the Kitchen God who appeared in your dream." Fushun sneered.

The two of them joked all the way to the government Ministry of Health, which was a public institution with many people coming and going. Wu Changyun timed it just right when it was almost time to get off work. After some inquiries, he found Huang Bingyao who was changing into casual clothes. The other party did not look as wealthy as he did in the "Fight Back to School".

When Wu Changyun saw Huang Bingyao, he felt like he was meeting an old acquaintance. Even though the other party had just changed out of his white coat, Wu Changyun still had the urge to call him "Sir".

"You two, I'm off work now." Huang Bingyao hung his white coat on the hanger and turned around to say.

"It's not a business matter. I would like to ask you for a favor. Of course, it will be paid. We will pay you." Wu Changyun said politely.

Huang Bingyao didn't answer immediately. He looked at the two of them and didn't seem to want to do business. He waved his hand and said, "Let's talk outside."

In the Ministry of Health compound, the three of them walked side by side onto the street. Wu Changyun asked, "You're not driving?"

Huang Bingyao glanced at Wu Changyun and replied, "Exercise today, it's good for your health."

"Okay, okay, I actually want to ask you to look at a script. This script currently only has a general framework without any specific details. I want to make it into an action movie script with a humorous style." Wu Changyun handed a stack of papers to Huang Bingyao, and now looking at the other person's expression, it was as if he was looking at a monster.

"Script? Me?" Huang Bingyao pointed at himself.

"Yes, we didn't find the wrong person. I know your current job has nothing to do with screenwriting, so this is a bit unreasonable."

Huang Bingyao smirked and said, "No, you're not mistaken. You found him from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, right? I've been interested in this since I was in school. I wrote the scripts for the club's drama performances back then."

Huang Bingyao patted the script in his hand. Although he was somewhat interested, he finally shook his head and declined, "As for the script, it's a pity that I don't have time right now."

Unexpectedly, Huang Bingyao suddenly changed his tone. Wu Changyun, who had thought that the duck in his mouth had flown away, asked, "Have you been busy lately?"

"Yes, I'm preparing to take the teacher qualification exam and become a Chinese teacher."
