Chapter 52 Sylvester Stallone (Please read it)

At the beginning of 1974, it was another hard-working year for Sylvester Stallone. The year before, he did not get any role after auditioning for "The Godfather".

Ever since he was expelled from the University of Miami by mistake, his luck has not been very good. Fortunately, he has a good figure and got some roles in vulgar erotic films.

Stallone was concentrating on writing a new script when his phone rang. The voice on the phone was unfamiliar and had a thick accent.

"Hello Mr. Sylvester Stallone, I'm planning to invite you to my new movie. Are you available?"

"Okay, I'm free. What's your name?"

Stallone quickly put down the pen in his hand, sat up straight and asked.

"Drizzt Wu, you can call me Mr. Wu."

Stallone is somewhat familiar with this name. He often pays attention to the latest popular movies, but most of them are European and American styles.

"I would like to invite you to participate in the filming of a thriller movie. There may be many cruel plots in the play. I will mail the script to your home."

"What? My house?"

Stallone was a little confused because few outsiders knew his home address.

Wu Changyun also obtained Stallone's personal information through the crew of the film he had previously filmed, and sent someone to deliver a letter to him.

"If you're interested after reading the script, please call me at this number. I'll give you at least $30,000 as compensation. I hope you'll consider it."

"OK."

In just a few words, Stallone's psychology is like riding a roller coaster. His current entire source of funds comes from odd jobs, writing scripts, and taking on some less important roles, which is undoubtedly a good thing.

Hearing the other party's accent, Stallone once suspected that the other party was a liar, until the other party mentioned the reward of 30,000 US dollars. Even at the risk of being cheated, this was definitely a number that could not be ignored. The most he had received before was no more than 300 US dollars.

Stallone decided to get to know the other party after receiving the script, preferably by meeting him in person.

While waiting for a reply, Wu Changyun first called Ann-Margret. Last year, she had just filmed a movie called "The Hunter" with Jack Nicholson, the male lead of "The Shining", which was also a movie with a very large scale.

Wu Changyun discovered a common phenomenon: it seems that the hot female stars all took on some more explicit roles when they first debuted.

The person who answered Wu Changyun's call was Ann-Margaret's agent. Among all the actors Wu Changyun had invited at this stage, Ann-Margaret was considered to be a relatively well-known person.

After learning Wu Changyun's name, the other party only asked some questions related to the filming location and production company.

After Wu Changyun expressed his attitude, Ann-Margaret's agent said that he would convey his invitation and asked Wu Changyun to wait for a reply.

Later, Wu Changyun tried to contact Jane Fonda. Compared with the passion and beauty in Ann-Margaret's eyes and eyebrows, Jane Fonda looked quite wild and had a sweeter appearance, which was more in line with Wu Changyun's aesthetic.

I also contacted the agent and got a similar response as the previous agent.

"Am I still too unknown?" Wu Changyun couldn't help but wonder. Although his movies performed well at the overseas box office, they were ultimately no match for American stars who were judged by Hollywood standards and lacked recognition.

In desperation, Wu Changyun chose Annette Haven as a backup.

However, what surprised Wu Changyun was that Marlon Brando, who was on vacation in Canada, made a guest appearance in Wu Changyun's new drama. He also actually watched "The Sixth Sense" and gave it a good review.

On the day agreed with Mr. Wu, Stallone was dressed casually and making breakfast in the rental house.

He deliberately tidied up the only table in the house and removed the magazines and newspapers that were originally piled on it. Perhaps the other party would come, but it was unlikely that he would come.

Stallone checked Wu Changyun's information. This amazing Mr. Wu took on all the roles from actor, director to screenwriter in two films. The films received average response in the United States, but it seemed that he was also a well-known figure in Mr. Wu's hometown.

"Maybe a scammer, or maybe a businessman with gray hair."

Stallone imagined the image of Mr. Wu in his mind. He heard that the foreign film market was very chaotic and even illegal businessmen were involved.

Stallone had just stuffed the bread into his mouth and was about to drink a glass of milk when his doorbell rang. When he opened the door, he saw the housekeeper of the apartment.

"Someone's looking for you. They're waiting outside."

"All right."

"I hope you can hurry up and not waste that gentleman's time." The old butler said with a knowing smile.

Wu Changyun was standing outside the apartment. Behind him was a 1965 Cadillac. Like Wu Changyun's previous car, it had a V-shaped front and the body looked angular and wild.

If Fushun was around, he would definitely complain that the rental of the car was too extravagant, so Wu Changyun invited Yuan Aijia to fly to the United States.

"Is this guy really that good? Is it worth you coming all the way here?"

Yuan Aijia wore a white sun hat, revealing the curves of her shoulders. She wore a pair of sunglasses, making her face look small and delicate. She applied bright red lipstick, and the sexy color made her look more mature.

When Stallone appeared at the stairs, Yuan Aijia couldn't help but wonder, "You like his figure, right? I think your tastes are similar."

"Hello, Mr. Sylvester Stallone."

Wu Changyun shielded his eyes from the sun and greeted him.
