"Brother Long, I think there's been some misunderstanding between us," Lin Fan tried to explain. "About your daughter, I..."
"Misunderstanding? Fuck your misunderstanding!" Brother Long ignored Lin Fan's explanation. He pointed at Lin Fan's nose and shouted arrogantly, "Lin Fan, let me tell you, if you don't come up with 50 million today and give me 50% of your company's shares, I'll make sure you die right here!"

The bodyguard dodged Brother Long's punch by sidestepping, then kicked out, hitting Brother Long squarely in the abdomen.

Brother Long screamed and collapsed to the ground, clutching his stomach. He struggled to get up, but the bodyguard gave him no chance, stepping on his chest and immobilizing him.

"Let me go! Let me go!" Brother Long struggled frantically, but to no avail.
"Lin Fan, are you alright?" Ye Yuyan walked to Lin Fan's side, looked at his injuries, and asked with heartache.
