Lin Qing exclaimed in surprise; she hadn't expected things to turn out this way. She had considered all sorts of possibilities regarding Gu Nanxun, but she never imagined the reason would be so melodramatic.
Who is that woman?
"I don't know, she's not local. I only changed her because she wasn't local."
"And then what happened? Where did that woman go?"
"I don't know. I was scared after the procedure, so I was discharged from the hospital that same day."
"Does Gu Changhe know about this?"
Lin Qing reached out and patted Gu Nanxun's shoulder before continuing to ask. She didn't realize that her eyes were filled with pity, which almost made Gu Nanxun laugh.
"I didn't know at first, but I found out later."

“Gu Tieniu doesn’t look like him. He suspected me of having an affair, so I told him.”
