After changing his clothes, Prince Zhong went to the front hall and said when he reached the door.
"Haha, Lu Minghan, what are you doing here?"
Lu Minghan didn't even get up, just sat there looking at Prince Zhong.
"Okay, kid, you're still using this trick. We've been friends for decades, so we know each other well!"
Prince Zhong's face turned ashen with anger.
"You shameless fellow, what on earth are you doing here at my house today? Tell me now, I don't have time to waste with you here."
Lu Minghan felt very relieved when he saw that Prince Zhong was angry with him.
"Well, I came here to ask, when will my wife and I come to propose marriage?"
"Propose marriage? What marriage? Your daughter seems to have been married a long time ago, right?"
Seeing Prince Zhong pretending to be confused and having that gangster-like smile, Lu Minghan was so angry that his eyes widened.
"Situ Zhan, you bastard, do you still want to talk about marriage properly?"
Prince Zhong leaned back in his chair and gave a sly smile.
"What? I said something wrong? But I remember you only had one daughter! When did you have a son? Did you give birth to a bastard child?"
Lu Minghan was so angry that his face turned red and his neck became thick. He was suddenly a little breathless. He quickly took out a medicine bottle from his purse, poured out a pill and swallowed it.
Prince Zhong was so frightened this time that he forgot that his good brother was in poor health and hurried forward to pat him on the back.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I was just talking nonsense, why are you angry?"
Lu Minghan closed his eyes and breathed teasingly, ignoring Prince Zhong.
