Chapter 492 Hunting down the original seven deadly sins demons, the demons’ back-up plan

Betan and others were chasing at full speed, when they suddenly saw the black shadows of the original seven deadly sins suddenly scatter in all directions, like ink spots blown away by the wind.

Their eyes met and they instantly reached a tacit understanding. After a few simple words, they each chose a target and turned into several streams of light to chase after them separately.

The air currents in the void were stirred and surged endlessly. Seeing this, the void creatures living there hurriedly tried to avoid it, but how could they hide in time?

There was only a series of muffled "bang" sounds, and a small tribe of void creatures had no time to retreat.

He was directly hit by the rushing light, his limbs flew everywhere, and he was completely annihilated before he could even let out a scream.

A cold light flashed in Betan's eyes, and he poured all his strength into the dragon beneath him. The dragon let out a roar that shook the void.

Brilliant light patterns appeared on the scales, and the speed suddenly increased, like a flash of lightning, instantly blocking the arrogant demon.

The arrogant demon suddenly stopped and looked at the dragon knight who was blocking his way, with a hint of cruelty and panic in his eyes.

He roared fiercely but weakly, "Dragon Knight! Let me go! I promise never to set foot in your plane again, or else... or else it will be a fight to the death!"

Betan stood on the dragon's back, his posture as steady as a rock.

The giant dragon under his seat suddenly raised its head, and a low roar rolled out of its throat. The ancient and obscure dragon syllables resonated in the void.

Golden light patterns moved along the dragon's scales, gradually gathering into a huge energy vortex - and it actually began to chant the forbidden dragon language spell.

The arrogant demon's eyes twitched as he watched, his heart raging with anger yet also filled with a sense of absurd helplessness: "Are you crazy? How can you unleash your ultimate move right after a brief encounter?!"

He originally wanted to take advantage of the other party's answer to find an opportunity to break out, but at this moment he watched helplessly as the energy of the forbidden spell rapidly expanded its coverage.

He had already been locked in it tightly. Not to mention escaping, even the space for teleportation was restricted by the pressure.

The energy in the void became more and more violent, and the light of the forbidden dragon language spell almost blinded his eyes. The arrogance on the arrogant demon's face completely faded, leaving only real fear.

He knew that if he was hit hard this time, not only would both the fish and the net be destroyed, he would probably be seriously injured if not killed.

The light of the Dragon Language Forbidden Spell directly formed a golden beam of light and shot towards the Arrogant Demon.

Just before the launch, the arrogant demon roared violently and condensed all the strength in his body into a dark shadow shield.

The two energies canceled each other out, and gradually, the Arrogant Demon could no longer hold on. The golden beam of light directly penetrated the shadow shield and hit the Arrogant Demon.

"No--!"

The moment the golden light exploded, the shrill screams were completely swallowed up.

The body of the arrogant demon, like a piece of rag torn by the wind, flew backwards and hit the meteorite in the distance with a dull thud.

Betan gripped the dragon spear tightly, even though the dragon under him was panting heavily.

There were still traces of battle on its scales, but it still flapped its wings and flew quickly, chasing after it.

"Bang!"

The body of the arrogant demon slid off the meteorite, motionless, as if it had no breath left.

Betan rolled over and landed on the ground, with the dragon spear pointing directly at the opponent's heart. Just as he was about to pick out the core, something strange happened - the demon's tightly closed eyes suddenly opened.

Thick darkness surged in his pupils, and a huge hand covered with bone spurs stabbed into the dragon's unprepared abdomen as fast as lightning!

“Ouch!”

The giant dragon let out a painful roar that shook the void. Its huge body trembled violently, and blood gushed out from its wounds, staining the surrounding rubble red.

“Damn it!”

Betan cursed inwardly, his anger instantly reaching its peak.

Without any hesitation, the dragon spear in his hand pierced the arrogant demon's head accurately with a sharp scream that broke through the air.

Black blood splattered everywhere, and he twisted his wrist violently, and the dragon spear picked out a beating black core, flashing with dirty light.

The giant dragon growled in pain and rubbed Betan's shoulder gently with its head, with unspeakable pain surging in its eyes.

Beitan reached out and touched the bleeding wound. His fingertips touched the warm blood under the scales. His eyes were full of anxiety. "Hold on, we will go back and heal."

After saying that, he tightly grasped the black core that was still there and pulsating slightly. The power in his body suddenly burst out, forcibly tearing a space crack in the void.

He flew in with the dragon and appeared outside the light column plane the next second.

Martin was handling affairs. Logically speaking, the combat force he sent out could completely crush the hell plane.

So, he didn't worry too much. Suddenly, the system panel began to flicker, and his face changed drastically - the panel clearly displayed the scarlet words "Rule-based Curse Erosion".

Without thinking too much, he immediately contacted Betan in his mind and ordered the system: "Mobilize energy to purify the curse at all costs!"

"Betan, what's going on? How could your dragon be cursed?" Martin's hurried voice came in his mind.

Betan looked at the dragon's body tensed with pain, and with a suppressed trembling voice, he briefly recounted the story of the arrogant demon's deathbed counterattack.

Martin was silent for a moment on the other end before he said in a deep voice, "I know everything that happened."

"You should stay with it for the time being. The curse is very stubborn and needs to be removed slowly. Don't worry, I am doing my best to purify it. Your companion will be fine."

Hearing this, Betan's tense back relaxed slightly. He looked down at the dragon's gradually steady breathing, stroked its neck with his palm, and whispered, "When you get better, we'll fight side by side again."

The dragon seemed to understand and blinked weakly, its tail gently sweeping across his armor with a hint of dependence.
