Is it an illusion?
Martin's heart moved, and he stood up and looked outside the palace.
At this moment, a strong sense of crisis swept through his body like a cold current. He looked around suddenly and immediately contacted the two cluster-level dragon knights in his mind.
"Your Majesty has an order!"
Del Luna and Lucas didn't dare to delay even a moment. They instantly opened a space rift and appeared in front of Martin with two giant dragons. After landing, they immediately saluted: "Your Majesty!"
Martin waved his hand to signal them to stand up. Before he finished speaking, a transparent dagger that almost merged with the air had quietly attacked him and went straight for his neck!
Del Luna was the first to notice the unusual flow of air, and his pupils suddenly contracted.
"Your Majesty, be careful!"
He leaped at Martin, followed closely by Lucas and the two dragons.
Martin instinctively leaned back and fell heavily to the ground with a bang, barely avoiding the fatal blow.
Del Luna and Lucas immediately stood in front of him, forming a tight protective circle. The two giant dragons spread their wings, their dragon eyes scanned the surroundings vigilantly, and hot breath came out of their nostrils.
"Swish--" Another knife mark appeared out of thin air at the place where Martin had just fallen, and the stone slabs on the ground were cut silently.
"Have you found any trace of the enemy?" Martin asked in a deep voice, his hand already grasping the sword at his waist.
Del Luna and Lucas exchanged a glance, and along with the two dragons, they slowly shook their heads - the opponent's invisibility method was too strange, not only difficult to see with the naked eye, but even the dragon's perception could not lock on.
Martin stared at the empty surroundings as golden energy ripples gradually appeared around him and star-cluster-level pressure spread out.
"Since you're here, why hide? Do you really think you can hurt me with this little trick?"
However, the only response he received was suffocating silence. Martin's eyes flashed, and he suddenly turned sideways—the corner of his clothes broke without warning, and the cut was as smooth as a mirror.
"Your Majesty, this place is no longer safe, please evacuate immediately!"
Del Luna shouted sternly upon seeing this, and instantly grasped the dragon spear in his hand.
Martin nodded, and just as his fingertips were about to create a crack in space, several invisible attacks came again.
He whispered in his mind: "Druna, now!"
Del Luna understood what he meant, and with a sharp whistle that tore through the air, the dragon spear was accurately aimed at an empty place beside Martin!
With a "puff", the tip of the dragon spear seemed to pierce something, and a transparent figure suddenly appeared, with dark blood spurting out of the chest.
Then he fell down softly, his figure completely exposed - he was a soldier wearing streamlined transparent armor with the iconic pattern of the Matrix Galaxy printed on the chest of the armor.
"Is it someone from Matrix Galaxy?"
Lucas' pupils shrank slightly. "Your Majesty, this is probably the legendary Void Storm Troopers. Rumor has it that they only produced a little over 500 soldiers before suspending the project due to a shortage of specialized materials."
Martin looked at the corpse on the ground with a solemn expression. "It's no wonder he dared to sneak into the divine realm, even though he was able to avoid the plane consciousness and the perception of the dragon knight. It seems that the eldest prince really went to great lengths to kill me."
Before he finished speaking, more transparent figures gathered from all directions, and the air was filled with the faint sound of weapons cutting through the void.
Deluna and Lucas stood back to back, protecting Martin. The two dragons roared menacingly, their breath gathering between their teeth. "Your Majesty, we will cover your escape!"
Martin gripped the Star Sword tightly, and golden light shone around him.
"No need. Now that you're here, don't even think about leaving alive."
He looked up at the invisible enemies, a cold look in his eyes.
Martin immediately called for support from the Orto people in his mind.
Soon, several space cracks opened in the hall, and several Orto people quickly appeared.
"Your Majesty, be careful!"
As soon as the leading Orto landed, he shouted in a deep voice, "I sense hundreds of life forms around us, and the number is increasing!"
Before he could finish his words, he suddenly lunged to the side - with a "crack", the floor where he had just stood was split in half by an invisible dagger.
"Del Luna, Lucas, cover the entire venue with dragon language magic!" Martin gave the order without hesitation.
"Yes, sir!" the two men answered in unison, and then chanted the ancient dragon language spell at the same time as the giant dragon under them.
Golden and red magical energy spread out like a tide, forming a light curtain flashing with runes, covering the entire hall.
"Zizi--" When those invisible figures came into contact with the magic light curtain, violent energy ripples appeared in the transparent armor on their bodies, and their figures appeared involuntarily.
More than 200 members of the Sky-Inlaid Storm Force were exposed to view. They were holding weapons and had cold eyes. They instantly confronted the Orto people and dragon knights.
Then, the Sky-Inlaid Storm Troops disappeared again.
"Orto people, lock on to their life source!" Martin shouted.
The Orto people immediately activated their abilities, shooting out light blue detection beams from their fingertips.
"Your Majesty, their invisibility relies on the space-distortion device in the armor's core. Magical interference can temporarily disable its function!"
Druna pointed his dragon spear: "Now is the time to eliminate them!"
Before the residual power of the dragon language magic dissipated, the two dragon knights began to breathe dragon breath in all directions, and the hall instantly erupted with dense collision sounds and energy explosions.
In the chaos, a dagger flashing with a cold blue light quietly cut through the air.
With a "puff", an Orto man was caught off guard and his throat was cut open. He fell straight to the ground with an expression of disbelief and astonishment in his eyes.
"Be careful!" Martin shouted angrily. When he dodged sideways, his arm was still cut by an invisible sharp blade, and a blood mark appeared instantly.
A sharp numbness immediately came from the wound, and it was obvious that the blade was poisoned.
