The four galaxy-level golden behemoths were like entering an empty space, and their golden giant fists repeatedly collided with the formations of various forces. Wherever they passed, ships collapsed and monks scattered.
The runes of the Xuanhuang Realm were torn into pieces by Behemoth's claws, and the building ship of the ancient plane was tilted by the impact.
The bone dragon summoned by the old wizard fell apart bit by bit under the golden energy - it was clearly a joint effort of multiple forces, but they were beaten to pieces.
Taoist Xuanqi seems to have no knowledge of talismans and documents, but in fact he always avoids Behemoth's edge at the critical moment.
The ancient strong man swung his giant axe with great force, but never really hit Behemoth's vitals.
Even Seth, who was the most active in advocating for cooperation, only allowed the biological ship to roam around the periphery, and the light and shadow in the crystal ball were all calculations.
Everyone has their own ulterior motives and wants others to take the lead while they reap the benefits. No one is willing to give their all.
"What a bunch of rubbish!"
The Pig King watched his knights fall in droves, his fangs bared in anger, but he could only roar.
He was reluctant to charge into the battle himself. He knew clearly in his heart that even if he killed Martin, he would suffer heavy losses and would only be making things easier for others.
The battlefield turned into a one-sided massacre.
The roar of the Golden Behemoth shook the void, and the casualties of various forces soared. The leaders looked at the loss reports that kept jumping on the screen.
He was so distressed that he gasped - if they continued to fight like this, even if they could hold Martin back, they would lose all their wealth, which was totally not worth it.
Another skull dragon was crushed by the Golden Behemoth. A muffled groan came from under the old wizard's black robe, and his withered fingers trembled slightly.
He looked at Taoist Xuanqi and the ancient strong man, and seeing that they were still "fishing", he finally couldn't help but say: "Everyone, retreat!"
Upon hearing this, Taoist Xuanqi retracted his talisman and avoided Behemoth's charge. "That makes sense."
He glanced at the golden behemoth that was moving in as if it were no man's land.
"The fighting power of these beasts is astonishing. If we continue to waste time on them, the losses will be insurmountable."
The ancient strong man also put away his giant axe and wiped the blood off his face.
"Martin's strength is clear, there's no need to fight hard here. Go back and report to the clan, and then make plans."
Seth was the first to respond: "Retreat!"
As soon as the order was issued, all forces changed direction as if they had been pardoned, and retreated in a panic while the Golden Behemoth was charging.
The flying boat from the Xuanhuang Realm turned into a stream of light and fled away, the ancient building ship disappeared into the star track, and the old wizard's bone staff disappeared into the void with the remaining witchcraft... In just a moment, most of the battlefield was empty.
The four golden behemoths stopped, their scarlet eyes swept over the distant enemy, and they let out unwilling roars.
Martin stood on the back of the Void Dragon Emperor, looking at the backs of the various forces fleeing in panic, a cold smile appeared on the corner of his mouth.
He did not order a pursuit - the purpose of this tough battle had been achieved. It not only demonstrated strength but also shattered the thoughts of all parties to join forces. That was enough.
"Pull back." He ordered calmly.
The Golden Behemoth restrained its breath and slowly retreated behind him.
The Void Dragon Emperor roared softly and carried him towards his own ship.
In the distance, the last enemy ship disappeared at the end of the star track.
Taoist Xuanqi stood on the deck of the flying boat, looking at the void where golden energy still remained, his brows furrowed.
"Martin...this person must not be allowed to stay. After returning, immediately send a message to the Holy Land and ask the Elders Council to make a decision."
In the ancient man's ship, he stroked the cracks on his giant axe and said in a deep voice, "Inform the tribe and dispatch the 'Starry Sky Behemoth' army... If we meet him again, he will pay the price."
In Martin's fleet, he looked at the evacuation routes of various forces on the screen, tapping the handrail lightly with his fingertips.
This retreat was not the end, but the beginning of something more dangerous—but he was fearless.
"Repair the ship and count the casualties."
He ordered Eric.
"Stay where you are, and wait for support to arrive before continuing to advance deeper into the Matrix Galaxy."
In the royal meeting room of the Matrix Galaxy, dark golden star patterns flowed on the wall, making the faces of the three princes even more gloomy.
The eldest prince leaned back in his chair, playing with a star crystal ring on his fingertips, with a self-deprecating sneer on his lips.
"It seems that our little trick was not able to hide from the eyes of the emperor after all."
He raised his eyes and glanced at the Seventh Prince and the Ninth Prince opposite him, his gaze as sharp as a knife.
"Who isn't? I thought I was hiding it, but I didn't realize I'd already become a pawn on his chessboard, with my every move being clearly observed."
The Ninth Prince clenched his fists violently, his knuckles turned white, and his expression became extremely ugly.
"Brother, when you say this, are you mocking us or yourself?"
There was suppressed anger in his voice.
"Now that the three of us have been implanted with Soul Princesses, our every word and action is under surveillance. How can we even talk about 'small moves'?"
The second prince sat in the middle, his face pale, his fingers unconsciously stroking the black bracelet on his wrist - that was Soul Princess's control device, the cold touch constantly reminded him that he had no control over his own affairs.
"That's enough."
He growled.
"What's the point of saying this now? With Soul Princess in our bodies, our spirits are being watched by our father's men. The slightest movement will lead to eternal damnation."
The eldest prince sneered and threw the star crystal ring on the table, making a crisp sound.
"Eternal damnation? We should have expected this day to come from the moment we decided to join forces to fight him."
He stood up, walked to the window, and looked at the bright yet cold starry sky outside.
"Father wants to use Soul Princess to trap us and make us his puppets to control the empire... Are you willing?"
The Ninth Prince raised his eyes, a trace of struggle flashing in them.
"So what if you're unwilling? You and I both know how terrifying Soul Princess's backlash is. A few years ago, the 231st Imperial Brother tried to resist, but what happened? He nearly had a mental breakdown and is now barely surviving in the Dark Star Prison."
