Chapter 571: Strange Changes, Constantly Reorganizing the Mother Planet

On the outskirts of the Matrix Era, inside the command ships of the three superior forces, the top brass looked at the tactical screens showing the aftermath of the battle between the Martin Fleet and the M79 Legion and the ancient races, their expressions as complicated as if a color palette had been overturned.

The good news was that they witnessed with their own eyes a golden Behemoth being severely injured, and the gray stripes on it became almost the most dazzling light at the moment.

More importantly, Martin took the main fleet to hunt down the ancient race, temporarily withdrawing from the battlefield, and the pressure dropped sharply.

But when they turned around and looked at the defensive shield that was still flashing with a faint light, everyone's faces darkened again - this was a defense line that could be called a "turtle shell".

After being hit for so long, it still didn't move at all. The shells only caused a few ripples and couldn't even tear a crack.

During the stalemate, the communication lights between the Xuanhuang Realm and the Ancient Plane turned red at the same time.

"Sir, there's been a sudden disturbance in the higher plane! An unknown force is sabotaging the core star region and almost succeeded. We can't send any more reinforcements!"

A hurried report came from the communicator, with undisguised anxiety.

The leaders of the two factions suddenly changed their expressions. They glared fiercely at the Matrix Era's defense shield. Ultimately, they could only order a retreat and hold their ground. They contacted their ancestors to find out what was going on. Was it a sneak attack by the Matrix Galaxy? They would prevent their retreat from being cut off.

The remaining wizard plane fleets were originally on the sidelines, and now seeing the other two retreating, they were even more unwilling to be the "main force" alone.

In the command cabin, the leading wizard twirled his beard, looked at the indestructible protective shield, and snorted coldly.

"Without a scapegoat, whoever wants to fight can fight." He immediately ordered the fleet to shrink its defense line and no longer take the initiative to attack.

For a moment, the sound of artillery fire outside the Matrix Era strangely stopped.

Inside the protective shield, the defenders of the Matrix Era looked at the starry sky that had suddenly become quiet and looked at each other in bewilderment.

Martin, who was far away on the other side of the battlefield, didn't know that the chain reaction caused by his pursuit actually gave the Matrix Era, which was about to show its trump card, an unexpected chance to breathe.

In every corner of the universe, undercurrents are still surging, but outside the Matrix era, it has temporarily fallen into a strange calm.

At this moment, in the huge palace at the core of the sixth universe, the dim light illuminated the tangled face of Labab, a human with a dog's head.

He paced back and forth, his claws making tiny scratching sounds on the smooth ground, and his eyes occasionally glanced at the dog cage floating in the center of the hall.

In the cage, the will of the sixth universe sat quietly with its eyes closed. Its breath was so weak that it seemed as if it would go out at any moment, as if it was quietly waiting for the end.

"To save, or not to save..."

Labrador mumbled, his furry ears drooping.

He didn't want to provoke the existence called "madwoman" from the bottom of his heart, but when he thought about what would happen if the other party really escaped.

With that crazy temper, if the fact that I stood by and watched was exposed, my fate would probably be even more miserable than the will in the cage now.

Just as he gritted his teeth and seemed to be about to make up his mind, the Sixth Universe Will in the dog cage suddenly opened his eyes, and his voice was calm but with a hint of penetration.

"I advise you not to touch that madman."

Lalabu suddenly stopped and looked up.

"When she was dragged into the formation, it would have taken her hundreds of millions of years to get out."

The gaze of the Sixth Universe's Will swept over him, with an all-knowing indifference.

"This period of time is enough for you to do a lot of things. You can move freely throughout the entire sixth universe—just don't touch those taboos that shouldn't be touched."

Lalabu froze, his paws suspended in mid-air. Free to move? The Sixth Universe would let him do as he pleased?

The temptation was immense. He glanced at the calm face in the cage, then thought of the terrifying "madwoman," and his troubled mind gradually loosened.

Yes, hundreds of millions of years... enough time for a lot of things to happen. Why get involved in that mess now?

He flicked his tail and raised the tips of his ears slightly, as if he had already seen the days of wandering freely in the future.

The air in the hall seemed to be lighter. Only the dog cage was still floating silently, reflecting the bottomless eyes of the will of the sixth universe.

In the void, the energy beams of the Martin fleet poured down like a rainstorm. The outer defense shield of the ancient race's home planet rippled under the violent impact, and the light flickered.

Unlike other forces that rely on dimensional barriers, this mobile planet, made up of countless star rocks and living metals, is now spewing out thousands of dark purple counterattack beams, which are interweaving into a deadly fire net in the dark universe.

"Avoid left wing fire! Main guns charged to 80%!"

Martin's roar echoed in the command cabin. Outside the porthole, a satellite that was moving with the mother planet was shattered by the fleet's concentrated fire. The debris hit the surface of the mother planet like a meteor, stirring up large amounts of molten metal.

The warships of the ancient race emerged one after another from the interior of the mother planet. They were shaped like twisted murex, and their hulls were covered with dark patterns that could absorb energy. They shuttled flexibly between the artillery fire.

"Their jump engines are still running! Try to escape separately!"

The observer roared as dozens of light spots on the screen were accelerating out of the gravitational pull of their parent star.

"Chase them!" Martin slammed his fist on the control console. "They'd rather wander the void than enter the plane. Isn't it just because they can move easily? Today we'll let them know that even if they can move easily, they will be wiped out!"

The fleet was divided into several small teams, biting the fleeing targets like a pack of hunting wolves, and the sound of energy explosions echoed one after another in the void.

The outer shell of the ancient race's home planet began to peel off, revealing veins of life glowing inside, but it still resisted stubbornly.

The giant claws of the Golden Behemoth were tearing the last energy barrier, and the dragon knight's flaming dragon was also just about to spit out scorching dragon breath.

Suddenly, the leading golden behemoth's muscles stiffened suddenly, and the mane on its neck stood up - an inexplicable chill crawled up along its spine, as if an ice needle had pierced into its bone marrow.

It turned its head sharply, looking in the direction of the ancient race's home planet. The planet, suspended in the void, was twisting madly, its continental plates crumbling like shattered puzzle pieces.

They were forcibly glued together by the pull of the dark purple energy, and the light of disintegration and reorganization flashed alternately, as if a dying heart was twitching for the last time.

"What are you standing there for?"

Martin's roar exploded directly in everyone's mind, with unquestionable urgency.

"Smash it before it's fully assembled! Don't wait until it's finished!"

The golden behemoths came back to their senses in an instant, and a deafening roar erupted from their throats. Their huge bodies suddenly accelerated, and their four hooves crushed the void as they rushed towards the chaotic star field.

The dragon knight patted the dragon's neck, and the fiery dragon let out a roar that pierced the clouds and split the rocks, and spread its wings, bringing up a wave of hot air.

They rushed forward closely behind it - the enemy they were strangling just now was left behind in an instant. Everyone had only one goal: to completely put an end to the mother planet's breathing while it was still painfully reorganizing.
