Looking at his wife's expectant eyes, Lu Ze nodded, "You go get it."
"Um... let me think, what name should I choose?"
Yu Yao squatted down next to the puppy, supporting her face with one hand and gently stroking the puppy's head with the other.
"The first time I met you was the number sixteen, and today I'm raising you, which means that sixteen and you are destined to be together. So let's call you Sixteen."
"Lu Ze, what do you think of the name Sixteen?"
Lu Ze also thought the name was good.
Yu Yao turned around and tapped the puppy's nose. "From now on, your name will be Sixteen. Sixteen, we'll take good care of you. Sixteen, you're so cute! Sixteen, Sixteen."
The puppy barked once.

Yu Yao tried calling "Sixteen" a few more times, and the puppy would bark once each time she called it.
"Lu Ze, it's so smart! It actually knew I was calling it!" Yu Yao excitedly grabbed his hand and shared the news with him.
"So happy?" Lu Ze put his arm around her waist, afraid she would fall.
Yu Yao nodded emphatically, "I've always wanted to have a dog, but I never had the chance. Now I'll have a dog too."
She often worked overtime back then, and she was afraid she wouldn't be able to take good care of a pet, so she never got one.
I never expected that after transmigrating into a book, I would actually have the opportunity to raise a dog.

Chen Lang was somewhat surprised, "So many of them passed?"
Someone from their production team works at a food factory, and he had heard about the food factory's competition. He remembered that in previous finals, a person could have a maximum of three canned goods pass the test.
I never expected Yu Yao to pass so many tests; this child always brings surprises.
Chen Lang is also a good cook.
He could tell from the smell that a lot of effort had been put into making this canned food.
"This canned food is good. This rich and mellow flavor can't be achieved without more than a dozen spices. I used the recipe from page five of my notes."
Yu Yao wasn't surprised that Chen Lang could see through it. She smiled and said, "As expected, an expert's skill is immediately apparent. I knew I couldn't hide it from you, Uncle Chen."

The three washed their hands and sat down to eat. Tonight's dinner was prepared by Uncle Chen.
I made three dishes and a soup, plus two canned goods, and the three of us were full.
After finishing their meal, Yu Yao and Lu Ze were about to head back.
The puppy's condition makes it unsuitable to move.

He lowered his head and focused intently on fiddling with the piece of wood in his hands.
They say that serious men are the most charming, and it's certainly true.
No matter how many times Yu Yao saw Lu Ze's face, her heart would still race.
Lu Ze, from different angles and in different scenes, is unique and full of charm in every aspect.

Yu Yao walked over and saw the wooden prototype in Lu Ze's hand. She exclaimed in surprise, "Are you making a doghouse for Sixteen?"
While testing the sturdiness of the wood, Lu Ze replied, "The chicken coop is too small for it. We'll make a doghouse and keep it in the yard."
