Mu Run fell from the sky, and the force disappeared as her feet touched the ground.
She looked at the familiar stream and riverbank in Death Valley, as well as the land she had once cultivated. Although it had become wasteland, some wild fruits and vegetables still grew there.
The house she had worked so hard to build is gone, leaving only ruins and broken wood.
Fu Yunchen sat on a round wooden stool in the middle of the ruins, holding Zhuangzhuang in his arms. The stool was rotten, but it was sturdy enough to sit on without any problem.
“You guys…” Mu Run’s eyes suddenly welled up with tears.
"Mother—" Zhuangzhuang jumped down from Fu Yunchen's arms and ran towards Murun.
Mu Run quickly knelt down and hugged him. "How are you? Are you hurt anywhere? How did you end up here?"
"I wasn't injured, and I don't know how I got here." Zhuangzhuang had no idea what had happened while he was asleep.
Cha Bao, still in the shape of a kitten, came bouncing over with a fish in its mouth.
When Mu Run saw it, he was shocked and after a long while exclaimed, "Tea, Tea Treasure?"
Cha Bao meowed sweetly, with a strong hint of coquetry.
Mu Run carried Zhuangzhuang over, then scooped it up in one arm and held it close to her chest. "My dear tea treasure, when did you get back? What are you doing here?"
"I've been here for a few days now, and this little guy is the one I brought with me." Cha Bao rubbed its round, chubby cat face against Mu Run's high, full chest...

A young man with noble and handsome features, dressed in a mysterious gold-patterned robe, was suspended in the air. When Mu Run looked up at him, he slowly descended.
Finally, he stood a few steps in front of Mu Run and said, "Your Majesty the Empress."
"Your Excellency the Mountain God." Mu Run returned the greeting with a half-bow while holding Zhuang Zhuang.
Although she was a mountain goddess, she was also an empress. One was a local deity, and the other was the ruler of the world. It was hard to say who was more noble in terms of status, so she was treated with half the respect due to her.
