Chapter 249 The Land of Fallen Stars!

The world spun around him, and a tremendous tearing force came from all directions. If it weren't for his Chaos Golden Core automatically protecting him, and the fact that his soul contract connected him with his two wives to share the pressure, he probably would have fallen apart on the spot!

"Holy crap! What kind of passage is this?!"

He couldn't help but curse, his voice becoming intermittent in the distorted space.

"Stay calm! This is unstable spatial turbulence!"

Ling Qingxue's cool voice echoed in his mind, carrying a hint of solemnity.

She could sense that this passage was even more violent than the one they had encountered when they fell to Earth.

Night Enchantress let out an excited scream (or rather, a howl): "Wow! That's so exciting! It's even more thrilling than the Void Turbulence in the Demon Realm!"

Zhang Shaozhong: "..." This witch's points of excitement are truly extraordinary!

He desperately channeled the chaotic energy, forming a thin protective shield around the three of them, struggling to resist the tearing of space.

A black disc formed from the Boundary Stone floated in front of him, emitting a faint light, seemingly guiding his way.

After rolling around in a daze for who knows how long, a faint point of light finally appeared ahead!

"I can see the exit!" Zhang Shaozhong exclaimed with joy.

The three of them perked up and rushed toward the light with all their might!

Pop!

A soft sound, like a bubble bursting.

The unpleasant tearing sensation vanished instantly, and the three of them felt their feet firmly planted on the ground.

"Ugh..." Zhang Shaozhong was the first to not be able to hold it in and dry heaved twice while holding his knees.

The experience of teleporting through space is terrible, thumbs down!

Ling Qingxue's face also turned a little pale, but she was able to maintain her composure and quickly looked around.

Night Enchantress, on the other hand, acted as if nothing had happened, curiously looking around.

The place they were in at that moment was... an extremely strange space.

There was no sky overhead, but a deep, slowly rotating nebula, with countless tiny points of light flickering within it, like a condensed universe.

Beneath our feet was a dark, glass-like floor, which also reflected the nebula overhead.

As far as the eye could see, there were no boundaries, only countless enormous, jagged black boulders, resembling the remnants of stars, silently suspended in the air or standing on the ground. The air was filled with an ancient, deathly aura, yet it contained a kind of immense energy.

"This...is this the Land of Fallen Stars?"

Night Enchantress blinked. "The place where stars fell and crashed out? It looks pretty dilapidated."

Ling Qingxue squatted down and touched the glass floor with her hand, feeling the traces of pure star power that remained within, as well as... some kind of more primordial energy traces.

She stood up, her voice filled with shock: "This place... wasn't formed by a stellar collision. It's more like... the remnants of a shattered world, or the core of some enormous... formation?"

Zhang Shaozhong also sensed that the energy level here was extremely high. Although it was also thin, its quality far surpassed that of Earth!

The Chaos Golden Core within his body circulated faster here.

"Who cares where it came from! Where is the door that the Boundary Stone points to?"

This was what Zhang Shaozhong cared about most, and he raised the black iron plate in his hand.

The Boundary Stone was trembling slightly, its eerie light pointing to the deepest part of this space.

"Over there!" Zhang Shaozhong was the first to walk in the direction indicated.

The three of them carefully made their way through this strange "Land of Fallen Stars".

The surroundings were eerily quiet, with only the sound of their footsteps echoing in the empty space.

Those suspended black boulders, like silent behemoths, watched over the three uninvited guests.

After walking for a while, a huge ring-shaped mountain structure naturally formed by countless black boulders appeared ahead.

At the center of the crater is a sunken basin.

The boundary stone is pointing directly to that basin!

"It's right down there!" Zhang Shaozhong quickened his pace.

As they climbed to the edge of the crater and looked into the basin, all three gasped in shock!

The center of the basin was not the teleportation portal one might imagine.

Instead, it was an enormous, slowly rotating chaotic vortex made of pure energy!

The vortex displayed an indescribable color, as if it contained all the colors in the world, yet returned to a state of chaotic nothingness.

It rotated silently, emanating a heart-palpitating suction force and terrifying energy fluctuations, as if it could devour everything!

The space around the vortex was slightly distorted!

And directly above the vortex, three things were suspended—

On the left is a drop of blue liquid, like a tear, exuding an extremely cold aura, as if it could freeze time and space!

On the right is a wisp of dark red flame that leaps and leaps, containing both destruction and new life!

In the center, there was a constantly changing mass of chaotic energy, seemingly containing the ultimate principles of heaven and earth!

These three things form a stable triangular structure, suspended above the chaotic vortex, seemingly... suppressing the vortex?

"That's... 'Taiyin True Essence'?!"

Ling Qingxue stared at the drop of blue liquid and exclaimed in shock. It was the supreme divine object that her cultivation technique had always dreamed of!

"Nine...Nine Netherworld Demonic Flames?!"

Ye Meier stared intently at the dark red flame, her eyes shining brightly. This was an unparalleled treasure for demonic cultivators!

Zhang Shaozhong, on the other hand, was completely drawn to the chaotic energy in the center!

The Chaos Golden Core within his body stirred like never before, emanating an intense longing!

The disc formed from the Boundary Stone also broke free from Zhang Shaozhong's hand and flew towards the chaotic vortex, hovering below the three treasures with a bright, eerie light, as if... waiting for something.
