When Ni Sitian came out of the shower, she saw Xu Tingchuan standing on the balcony, gazing at the stars in the sky, looking lost in thought.
Although he acted no differently than usual today, she felt that something was off, as if he had something on his mind.

Xu Tingchuan went to take a shower, while Ni Sitian lay on the bed and played on her phone.
Zhi Lan sent her a message asking if she would have time in the middle of the month.
Ni Sitian is currently quite free, and of course she'll be available in the middle of the month, so she replied to her.
Zhi Lan only said that she hoped she could help her out later, and didn't say anything else.
After agreeing, Ni Sitian didn't take it to heart and started playing the mobile game again, getting more and more engrossed in it.

She shuddered in surprise; the character on her phone had been reduced to zero health by the monster.
