Luo Xikui smiled brightly, looking at him with anticipation.
Xu Ziyu stared at her for a moment, held the cup, took a small sip, and put his feet back on his slippers.
Luo Xikui watched him put down his cup, get up, and take clothes out of his duffel bag, seemingly preparing to take a shower.
She hurriedly got up and ran over, blocking the bathroom doorway, squinting her eyes and pouting: "Answer my question first, otherwise..."
"Otherwise what?" Xu Ziyu found it somewhat amusing to see her tilting her head back, looking like she was about to threaten him but couldn't think of a word.
"Otherwise, I'll eat you up today." Luo Xikui even made a tiger-like face as if she was about to bite someone.
Xu Ziyu chuckled. It's clearly just a cat, but it insists on pretending to be a little tiger. It's hard to say who will eat whom.
He bent down slightly, leaned close to her ear, and said in a deep, magnetic voice, "Then I'll wash it clean. Won't it taste better to you then?"
"That seems to be true," Luo Xikui thought for a moment, but she never expected that he would find an opening and hide in the bathroom.
"Xu Ziyu!" She put one hand on her hip and slammed the bathroom door with the other, her cheeks puffed up in anger.
Hearing the sound of running water coming from inside, she had no choice but to stomp her feet, walk back to the bedside, and plop down on the floor.
After a while, I remembered something, got up and walked to the coat rack, and reached into the pocket of my coat.
She glanced down at the blue packaging bag, a look of determination on her face, and stuffed it under her pillow.
When Xu Ziyu came out after taking a shower, he saw that Luo Xikui was already lying in bed, covered up tightly by the blanket, with only her head showing.
"Going to bed so early?" Xu Ziyu walked to the table, picked up his teacup, took a few sips of water, and then sat down on the bed.
"You've been on the plane for so long, why don't you lie down and rest?" Luo Xikui was actually a little nervous. She hadn't managed to pounce on him last time in Japan, so she was determined to do it this time.
Xu Ziyu looked at her and reached out to touch her forehead: "Why is your face so red?"
"It's too hot with the heating on." Luo Xikui didn't want to waste time talking to him, afraid that her courage would vanish in an instant, so she urged, "Come and lie down in here quickly."
Xu Ziyu was puzzled. Why was she urging him like this?
"Come in quickly," Luo Xikui urged again.
Xu Ziyu planned to share a blanket with her. Last time in Japan, he tried his best to restrain himself, but her breath was all around his neck, and he couldn't sleep well.
So he got up, took another blanket from her wardrobe, and pushed her and the blanket to the side.
Luo Xikui was stunned. She had taken off all her clothes except her underwear and wrapped herself in the quilt, waiting for him to come in and inspect her. But he actually pushed her away and then calmly covered himself with another quilt and lay down to go to bed.
What an oblivious blockhead!
Xu Ziyu lay on his side, seeing that she still looked sullen, and assumed that it was because she hadn't received the answer she wanted before. So he reached out and touched the top of her head, and said with a light smile, "I'll tell you the answer you want in two months."
"Why do we have to wait?" Luo Xikui pouted, her attention diverted.
"So, are you going to wait or not?" Xu Ziyu asked in return.
Although Luo Xikui was not entirely satisfied, she could only nod and say, "Wait."
"Good girl." Xu Ziyu chuckled, leaned over and kissed her forehead, his deep, melodious voice saying, "Goodnight."
Luo Xikui was absent-minded, considering whether or not to crawl into his bed. Why was it so difficult for her to throw herself into his arms?
He actually closed his eyes and fell asleep!
Is it because he's too much of a gentleman, or is she simply not attractive?
