After tossing and turning for most of the night, Ni Sitian finally fell asleep around dawn.
When she woke up the next day, she felt extremely weak and sore all over, and didn't even want to open her eyes.
Knowing it was Monday and she had to get up for work, she mustered all her willpower to open her eyes.
To her surprise, the moment she opened her eyes, she saw Xu Tingchuan resting his chin on his hand, staring at her.
She yawned sleepily, blinked her hazy eyes to wake herself up, and said in a slightly languid voice, "Aren't you sleepy? Why did you wake up so early?"
Xu Tingchuan stroked Ni Sitian's hair, lowered his head and kissed her forehead. He didn't tell her that he had been watching her ever since their lovemaking ended, and hadn't slept yet, and didn't feel tired at all.
"Oh no!" Ni Sitian suddenly sat up as if she had just remembered something.
"What's wrong?" Xu Tingchuan sat up as well.
"You didn't wear a condom!" Ni Sitian turned to look at him, her big eyes filled with accusation.
Xu Tingchuan chuckled and ruffled Ni Sitian's hair: "Don't worry, I was careful to control it, no sperm got in."
Is this even controllable? Besides, with so many tadpoles, how can we guarantee that no mischievous ones will sneak in!
Ni Sitian didn't believe him and snorted, "You're not allowed to do this before I graduate."
Xu Tingchuan sensed from her words that she genuinely intended to have a child for him after graduation, which was sweeter than any sweet talk he had ever heard.
"I'll carry it with me from now on," he said with a soft laugh, wrapping his arms around her neck.
Ni Sitian found this strange. Carrying that thing around made her feel like she was about to go into heat at any moment! This wouldn't do; she'd be exhausted!
“Xu Tingchuan, I think we should be more restrained,” Ni Sitian said earnestly, looking up at him.
Xu Tingchuan raised an eyebrow, seemingly unconcerned.
“You’re not young anymore, this kind of lack of self-control is bad for your health,” Ni Sitian said seriously when she saw that his attitude was not serious.
Xu Tingchuan's face instantly darkened. He pulled Ni Sitian into his arms, lightly patted her bottom, and said through gritted teeth, "Do you really want me to prove that I'm in good health right now?"
"No need, no need." Ni Sitian shook her head repeatedly, struggled out of his arms, jumped off the bed and ran to the bathroom.
After closing the bathroom door, she slowly exhaled. If she gave him a chance to prove himself, she wouldn't be able to get up tomorrow morning. She didn't know where he got the energy to keep going like this.
Ni Sitian rubbed her sore back and suddenly felt a little lucky that Xu Tingchuan was ten years older than her. If he were the same age as her, that would be the time when boys are most energetic, and he would have broken her back.
Thinking of this, her face flushed, and she quickly turned on the water, splashed water on her face, and began to wash up.
When Xu Haicheng and Xu Tingchuan went downstairs, Xu Haicheng was reading a newspaper and eating breakfast.
"Good morning, Dad." The two greeted Xu Haicheng and sat down to eat.
Xu Jiayue came downstairs in her pajamas, yawning. Seeing a table full of Chinese breakfast, she asked Butler Wang, "Uncle Wang, where's the toast I bought?"
Butler Wang didn't know how to answer. He couldn't very well say that the young master and young mistress had secretly eaten it in the middle of the night.
Ni Sitian was drinking soy milk when she choked.
Xu Tingchuan gently patted her back to help her catch her breath, and calmly began to scold Xu Jiayue, saying, "Haven't you had enough of these foreign things in England? Isn't this breakfast lavish enough?"
Xu Jiayue touched her nose, blinked innocently, and felt completely bewildered by the scolding.
Ni Sitian glanced at Xu Tingchuan, and couldn't help but smile.
