Chapter 256 je taime

Ni Sitian grabbed his hand and said somewhat awkwardly, "I'm not jealous."

Xu Tingchuan chuckled, lowered his head and kissed her lips, whispering in her ear, "Nonsense, your lips are sore."

Ni Sitian knew he was teasing her, so she pushed him away, snorted, and turned her head away.

He found her incredibly cute and reached out to ruffle her hair.

After a brief moment of hesitation, she still wouldn't give up and asked again, "Besides Zhilan and Jiayue, who else do you think is pretty?"

Xu Tingchuan frowned in thought, his eyes glancing at her from time to time.

This made Ni Sitian very nervous, and she even put on a bright smile, as if trying to get his attention.

"I really can't remember," Xu Tingchuan said deliberately, suppressing a smile from his lips.

Ni Sitian got annoyed, reached out and pinched his arm, then turned her head away and ignored him.

Xu Tingchuan deliberately gasped for breath, letting out a soft cry of pain.

Hearing him gasp, Ni Sitian thought she had pinched him too hard and couldn't help but turn around to look.

Suddenly, Xu Tingchuan leaned down and kissed her lips gently.

She pushed him away, but he kissed her even deeper.

When the long kiss ended, her cheeks were flushed and her chest was heaving.

Xu Tingchuan's dark eyes shone with a soft light as he stared intently at her face, his fingers gently stroking her brow bone, a faint smile on his face.

Ni Sitian felt embarrassed by his stare and her eyes darted away.

Xu Tingchuan cupped her face in his hands, making her look directly at him, and said in a low, earnest voice, "My wife is also very beautiful."

Ni Sitian had indeed wanted him to praise her, but when he spoke to her so seriously, her face turned even redder, making her very shy.

She was so embarrassed she didn't know what to do, so she changed the subject haphazardly: "Is your hand alright?"

Actually, she didn't have much strength to pinch him hard; he was just teasing her on purpose.

He raised his hand, rolled up his sleeve, and reached out to her, but there was a red mark on it.

Ni Sitian was confused. If nothing was wrong, why show it to her? Did she want her to rub it?

She couldn't help but laugh as she thought about it, and casually touched his hand: "Okay, it doesn't hurt anymore."

Xu Tingchuan grabbed her hand and flattened her fingers.

Ni Sitian looked on in confusion, wondering when he had put a ring on her finger and then slipped it onto hers.

She looked down and saw that it was the platinum plain ring they had ordered earlier.

He slowly slipped the ring onto her ring finger, then handed her another men's ring, looking up at her, "Put this on."

Ni Sitian took the ring, and somewhat solemnly slipped it onto his finger, smiling as she asked, "When did you pick it up?"

She felt that he had been by her side the whole time these past few days, but she didn't expect that he still remembered the wedding rings.

"While you were taking a nap just now," Xu Tingchuan said, placing her hand on the back of his own. The two rings gleamed, looking perfectly matched.

Ni Sitian smiled sweetly, then suddenly remembered that there were inscriptions on the inside of the ring, so she wanted to take it off to see what Xu Tingchuan had written back then.

At this moment, Xu Tingchuan pressed her hand down and shook his head slightly, "We'll see later."

"It's so mysterious, what is it?" Ni Sitian was even more eager to find out, but she gave up because of Xu Tingchuan's insistence.

As evening fell, Xu Tingchuan went out to buy her dinner. She quietly picked it off, held it up to the setting sun, and squinted at it: jet'aime

Ni Sitian frowned slightly. What did that mean? She couldn't understand it.
