Ni Sitian checked the drawer and thankfully the documents inside weren't too wet, so she slowly breathed a sigh of relief.
As she bent down to put the drawer back, she saw a photo in the bottom compartment.
She had seen the photo; it was of Xu Tingchuan at nineteen.
She frowned slightly in confusion. Wasn't this photo in the old house's photo album? How did it end up here? Did Xu Tingchuan bring it back?
Ni Sitian curiously reached inside and picked up the photo, only to discover that there was another stack of photos inside.
She then took out that entire stack.
She flipped over and looked at the photo from when she was nineteen. There was no text on the back, so it shouldn't be the same photo. They were probably two photos developed from the same negative.
Ni Sitian put it aside for the time being and started looking at the ones below.
Below is a group photo of Xu Tingchuan and Shen Muzhi when they were sixteen or seventeen years old. They were wearing high school uniforms and had a very youthful and energetic feel.
She smiled slightly as she looked at Xu Tingchuan's youthful appearance in the photo.

Ni Sitian frowned, but couldn't quite remember for a moment.
After staring at the photo for a while, I tidied it up and put it back in the second drawer.
