Xu Tingchuan paused in wringing the towel, turned to look at her, his voice filled with undisguised joy, "What were you saying just now?"
“You heard me.” Ni Sitian’s cheeks flushed, and she pursed her lips, refusing to repeat herself.
Xu Tingchuan wouldn't give up. He grabbed her shoulder, turned her around, and lifted her chin. "I didn't hear you. Say it again."
Ni Sitian shook her head with her mouth closed, unwilling to say anything more.
"If you don't say anything, I'll kiss you." Xu Tingchuan leaned closer.
Ni Sitian was shocked and quickly covered her mouth, staring at him with wide almond-shaped eyes, and said in a muffled voice, "Stop it, I haven't brushed my teeth yet!"
Xu Tingchuan cornered her against the wall, looked down at her, raised an eyebrow, and threatened, "If you don't tell me, I'll eat you right now."
With nowhere to retreat, Ni Sitian instinctively reached out to block his chest with both hands, and threatened him in a hurry: "If you keep making trouble, I'll get angry."
She spoke so softly, without any threat whatsoever, that it only made people want to bully him even more.
Xu Tingchuan placed his hands on either side of her waist, lifting her up to eye level with his own. He narrowed his eyes, a hint of danger in them, and said, "I'm giving you one last chance."
Ni Sitian struggled to get down without her feet touching the ground, but he was so strong that she felt like a cat being lifted up by him effortlessly, with no room for resistance whatsoever.
She believed he would really take her right there, so she immediately surrendered, closing her eyes and shouting, "I like you, I like you, I like you! Xu Tingchuan, I like you!"
After shouting, her face flushed red, and she didn't dare to open her eyes to look at Xu Tingchuan.
After a while, when he felt there was no movement at all, he put her down, which he found a little strange.
She peeked through her eyes and saw Xu Tingchuan staring at her with bright, dark eyes, his gaze filled with intense passion that made her heart race.
She involuntarily opened her eyes wide, her heart pounding so hard it was almost unbearable. Blushing, she mumbled, "Hurry up and put me down... um..."
Before she could finish speaking, her mouth was covered, and she stared in shock with wide eyes.
Xu Tingchuan pressed Ni Sitian against the wall and kissed her. He could no longer suppress the surging emotions in his heart. Only in this way could he express even a fraction of his current feelings.
