Chapter 470 A Thrilling Moment

The wailing lasted for more than an hour, and Ni Tianzhen almost fainted several times from crying.

Ni Sitian kept patting her gently to comfort her, trying to make her feel more comfortable.

After crying until she had no more tears left, Ni Tianzhen lifted her head from Ni Sitian's shoulder, got up, walked to the closet, and threw out pieces of clothing one by one.

Ni Sitian didn't understand what she was doing, so she went over and grabbed Ni Tianzhen's arm to stop her from throwing things around, and asked in confusion, "Sister, what are you looking for?"

Ni Tianzhen stared blankly at Ni Sitian, muttering, "I was looking for A'an's things, why are they all gone?"

Upon hearing this, Ni Sitian burst into tears, grabbed Ni Tianzhen's arm, and said in a hoarse voice, "Sister, don't look anymore."

After the divorce, Ni Tianzhen destroyed all those things herself, leaving nothing behind.

"Why don't you stop looking?" Ni Tianzhen's lips trembled. "There must still be some, there must still be some. I can't possibly throw them all away..."

“Sister, the memories you have are the ones you can never lose.” Ni Sitian hugged Ni Tianzhen.

Ni Tianzhen shook her head, her eyes somewhat dazed. How could she, how could she possibly lose everything they shared? She couldn't accept it.

"Why didn't I even keep a photo? I'm so scared, afraid that I'll forget what he looks like when I wake up." Ni Tianzhen was trembling all over, and she cried.

Ni Sitian felt so distressed she felt like she was suffocating, but her mind couldn't stop for a moment. She had to think about how to persuade Ni Tianzhen to eat and rest, because if this continued, her body wouldn't be able to take it.

"Sister, even if you don't have any here, your brother-in-law definitely has some!" Ni Sitian suddenly thought of this.

Ni Tianzhen cried out as if she had grasped a lifeline, "Yes, what he has, he must still have!"

Ni Sitian agreed repeatedly. Seeing that Ni Tianzhen seemed to have recovered her energy, she said, "Sister, would you like to eat something? Your uncle and aunt are very worried about you."

After crying, venting, and regaining hope, Ni Tianzhen's emotions gradually calmed down, and she began to regain some rationality. Realizing that she had worried her parents, she nodded.

Ni Sitian breathed a sigh of relief and took Ni Tianzhen's hand as they went outside.

When Ni's mother saw that her daughter was finally willing to come out, she cried and laughed with joy. When Sitian said that she was willing to eat, she hurriedly went into the kitchen.

Having not eaten for so long, the porridge needed to be easily digestible, which was something Ni's mother had considered from the beginning. So the porridge was kept warm and served quickly.

With red eyes, Ni Tianzhen looked at her parents who had worried so much about her and realized her filial impiety. She sat down and drank the porridge spoonful by spoonful. Even though her throat was constantly choked, she forced herself to finish the bowl of porridge so that they would not worry about her anymore.

Ni Sitian stayed at Ni Tianzhen's house until 9 p.m., and only left the room after confirming that Ni Tianzhen was asleep.

"Sitian, it's so late today, why don't you stay here?" Auntie was worried about Ni Sitian going home alone so late.

Ni Sitian shook her head and said, "Tingchuan is waiting for me downstairs."

Upon hearing Ni Sitian's words, Aunt Ni felt relieved and said with some emotion, "That's wonderful. Tingchuan cares about you a lot. I hope you're both doing well."

Ni Sitian smiled faintly, and after walking out of the house, she turned back to her uncle and aunt and said, "You don't need to see me off."

After saying goodbye, Ni Sitian walked to the elevator, exited the building, and saw her car parked across the street.

She ran quickly toward that direction, when a truck came hurtling towards her.

Ni Sitian turned her head to look, but was so blinded by the light that she couldn't open her eyes and her body couldn't react in time.
