The next day, Ni Sitian was awakened by a phone ringing.
Without opening her eyes, she reached for the cordless phone on the bedside table, pressed the answer button, and lazily and sleepily said "hello."
"Sitian, it's me." A weak and feeble voice came from the other end of the phone.
