Xiang Zhilan shook her head. Although Hong Kong could be tested, it would be a long and tiring journey.
She has already taken too many risks with this pregnancy, and she doesn't dare to take any more risks. The doctor also told her to rest well and wait until the 16-week prenatal checkup to make sure everything is okay.
She used to love going out so much, but now she's been quiet for almost half a month.
"Actually, we don't necessarily have to go to Hong Kong." Shen Muzhi suggested going to Hong Kong just because he wanted to take her out for a walk. They've been in a constant state of turmoil since they got married, and they didn't even have a honeymoon after the wedding.
"You have a way?" Xiang Zhilan looked at Shen Muzhi with wide eyes in surprise.
Seeing her eyes shining and sparkling as she looked at him, Shen Muzhi felt quite pleased. His gloomy expression softened, and his eyes and brows relaxed. "Well, it will take some effort, but it's not impossible."
"Really?" Xiang Zhilan's face lit up with joy, and her attitude towards Shen Muzhi changed, her voice softening slightly: "What should we do?"
Shen Muzhi was somewhat enjoying the feeling of being begged by Xiang Zhilan, so he took advantage of the situation and turned his face to her side.
Xiang Zhilan was stunned for a moment, as if she didn't understand, and blinked at him, "What are you doing?"
Shen Muzhi was a little dissatisfied. How could someone as smart as her not understand him at all at a time like this?
So he moved his face closer to hers.
Xiang Zhilan reached out and pushed his cheek away, then stood up from his lap, frowning: "Are you crazy? Why are you so close to me?"
Shen Muzhi's face fell. Was she deliberately unaware, or did she genuinely not understand?
When she initiated the kiss, her kissing skills were even more proficient than his. How could she not know that he was asking for a kiss?

"Give me a kiss." Shen Muzhi tapped her cheek. Although she kept her face expressionless, the tips of her ears still turned red.
Xiang Zhilan suppressed a laugh. Of course she knew what he meant, but she just wanted to tease him. Seeing him blush when he said those three words was just too funny.
He's usually so cold and aloof, so gloomy and melancholic, yet he gets so shy over a simple kiss. This makes her want to tease him even more, so she pretends to pout and says, "Why would I want to kiss you?"
"Don't you want to know the baby's gender?"
"Oh, is the child mine alone? Isn't that your obligation? Are you trying to use it to threaten me into kissing you?" Xiang Zhilan raised her chin slightly, glanced at him sideways, and snorted disdainfully: "Shen Muzhi, you are really despicable."
Shen Muzhi was speechless. How did he suddenly become despicable? All he wanted was for his legal wife to kiss him, and only on the cheek.
He immediately felt wronged, looking at Xiang Zhilan, wanting to refute but unable to find a rebuttal.
Seeing his frustrated expression, Xiang Zhilan couldn't help but feel annoyed. She realized that besides being domineering and tyrannical, he also had some endearing qualities. He was rather clumsy with words and took things very seriously, sometimes even unable to distinguish between a joke and a genuine insult.
To put it bluntly, he lacks romance. Such a man is actually quite reassuring. Even if a woman tries to flirt with him, it's like throwing a tantrum at a blind man.
"Shen Muzhi," Xiang Zhilan called his name, suppressing a laugh.
Shen Muzhi thought she was going to call him shameless again, so he replied irritably, "What?"
Xiang Zhilan lowered her head and pressed her soft lips to his cheek.
