When Ni Sitian woke up again, the room was dark, with only a sliver of moonlight shining through the gap in the curtains.
She touched the side and found that Xu Tingchuan was not there.
She was still a little groggy from sleep. She sat up and stared blankly for a while before finally stretching.
After yawning, my mind cleared up a bit. I got out of bed, threw off the covers, and groped my way to the light switch.
She turned on the light, and the blinding white light made her squint uncomfortably.
Just then, there was a knock on the door.
Ni Sitian assumed Xu Tingchuan hadn't brought his keys, so she rubbed her eyes, walked to the door, pressed the lock, pushed the door open, and yawned, "Where did you go?"
After she finished yawning, she opened her eyes and was stunned.
Xu Jiayue was also stunned, not expecting Ni Sitian to open the door in such a disheveled state.
Ni Sitian realized what was happening, let out a startled "Ah!", pushed the door back shut, and hurriedly went back inside to put on her clothes.
She just opened the door wearing only her underwear and a tank top! How embarrassing!
Xu Jiayue waited outside the door for a while, estimating that Ni Sitian should be almost dressed, then pushed open the door, poked her head in, and suppressed a laugh: "Sitian, are you done?"
Ni Sitian finished dressing, walked over and invited her in, her cheeks still flushed with embarrassment.
Xu Jiayue had no intention of coming in to sit down, so she stood outside the door and said to her, "Let's go soak in the hot spring. We've booked a small hot spring for just the three of us."
Ni Sitian was taken aback and looked at Xu Jiayue with some surprise. The three of them naturally included Fu Wenuan.
Seeing that Ni Sitian didn't answer, Xu Jiayue joked, "You absolutely have to come. I'm afraid if you don't come, I won't be able to resist eating her."
Ni Sitian chuckled. Seeing that Xu Jiayue was so composed, she figured she would be able to take it all in stride, so she nodded and said, "You go ahead, I'll come over in a bit."
"Okay, hurry up, we're at No. 8 Xiaotangquan." Xu Jiayue said and walked outside.
Ni Sitian took out a bathrobe and swimsuit from her luggage, and then called Xu Tingchuan.
Upon learning that Xu Tingchuan was currently playing ball with Gu Chen and the others, he told them that he and Jia Yue were going to soak in the hot springs.
After hanging up the phone, Ni Sitian grabbed her bathrobe and swimsuit and went out.
I walked to Hot Spring No. 8, lifted the curtain and went in. I took a shower first, put on my swimsuit, and then put on a bathrobe before heading inside.
The hot spring here is naturally formed. Ni Sitian walked a short distance along a pebble path and arrived at the small hot spring.
The hot spring was steaming and shrouded in mist.
Ni Sitian saw that Xu Jiayue and Fu Wenuan were already inside, comfortably soaking side by side.
"Sitian, come down quickly, this hot spring is so comfortable." Fu Wenuan waved to Ni Sitian.
Ni Sitian placed her bathrobe on the rack next to her and slowly entered the water.
The hot spring wasn't deep, just up to Ni Sitian's waist. She walked over and sat down on the rock next to Xu Jiayue. The hot spring water just reached above her shoulders.
Xu Jiayue noticed a red mark on Ni Sitian's shoulder and winked at her with a smile: "I heard that the hot springs in Bieshan have the effect of relieving fatigue and relaxing muscles. You should soak in them more often."
Ni Sitian, being easily embarrassed, blushed instantly.
"Sitian, why did your face turn red so quickly after just soaking?" Fu Wenwen looked over and asked with some confusion.
"She wasn't a prostitute, she was... um..."
Before Xu Jiayue could finish speaking, Ni Sitian covered her mouth.
Fu Wennuan looked at the two of them with a puzzled expression and said with a hint of envy, "You two have such a good relationship."
