Extra (3) Shang Siao
Qiu Manman completed the entry procedures and got her own separate workstation.
There are six people in the secretariat.
At the top is the president’s chief secretary, Jiang Tao.
There are two secretaries and the rest are assistants. Qiu Manman is an intern assistant.
When Qiu Manman first arrived, she was assigned some tasks such as serving tea and printing documents.
She hadn't seen Mr. Shang's face in the whole morning. Only Secretary Jiang was coming in and out of the office.
Qiu Manman is quite idle, and when she has nothing to do, she would tilt her head and guess what kind of person her immediate boss is.
I heard that Mr. Shang graduated with a Ph.D. from a prestigious university at the age of 19 and took charge of the entire Shang Group at the age of 24.
Only three years older than her.
So awesome!
Compared to an elite like Mr. Shang, she looks like a fool.
At noon, Qiu Manman and two assistants went downstairs to have lunch at a nearby fast food restaurant.
I returned to my workstation and rested for a while, then started work at 1:30 in the afternoon.
Qiu Manman finally saw her immediate boss.
He was wearing a well-tailored suit. He was tall and handsome, with deep eyes and a noble temperament.
A gust of wind was created when he passed in front of her.
The smell of cedar filled the air.
He was cold, yet one couldn't help but want to keep their eyes on him.
Shang Siao didn't stop and went to the meeting room.
Qiu Manman was still a little dazed.
So cool!
Someone knocked on the desk at her workstation. It was Zhang, a secretary working for Mr. Shang, who had taken her to the job that morning.
"Don't be such a fangirl. Mr. Shang doesn't like it. If you want to pass the probation period, you need to be careful about your words and actions."
"Make a copy of this stack of information."
Qiu Manman nodded hurriedly: "Secretary Zhang, don't worry, I will do my best. Just tell me if you have any work to do."
She took the information and moved her chubby body to prepare to copy it.
Secretary Zhang pursed his lips.
Although Qiu Manman is a little fat, she is quite smart and capable.
She was specially hired by Secretary Jiang and didn't even have a normal interview.
He asked.
Secretary Jiang just said that he was a relative's child.
He doesn't like people who get in through connections.
But this person was Secretary Jiang's relative, so he couldn't say anything.
…
Qiu Manman copied the documents and placed them neatly on Secretary Zhang's desk.
He went to find the other two assistants with a smile.
"Is there any work I can do?"
The two men looked at her and gave her some more odds and ends to do.
It has no technical content and is tedious, so they are unwilling to do it.
Qiu Manman happily took over.
Finally, she tidied up everyone's desk.
Originally everyone was a little unhappy about her being a relative, but after a day they found that Qiu Manman was silly, rushing to do everything, looking heartless, and always smiling.
Everyone likes this chubby girl.
Call her Manman affectionately.
"Manman, I have some chocolate here, would you like some?"
"Yes, thank you. I like chocolate the most."
Shang Siao came back from a long meeting and heard silver bell-like laughter as he stepped out of the elevator.
He frowned, looked up, and saw a chubby girl chatting with his two assistants. They were talking about something funny, but they were laughing so hard that their eyes were blurry.
His first reaction was who is this person?
How did you get here?
He turned to look at Jiang Tao: "Who is she?"
Jiang Tao blushed, "Boss Shang, she's the person you called me to arrange."
Shang Siao then remembered that his mother had given him someone, Aunt Wang's daughter.
Look at Qiu Manman again.
My mother said that Aunt Wang’s daughter was a little fat, and she was indeed fat.
Estimated height: 1.65 meters, weight: 160 kilograms?
Anyway, it's a fat one.
But she is very white, so she doesn't look ugly, she looks a bit... cute.
Shang Siao walked towards the office.
The two assistants glanced at him, immediately stood up, and respectfully called out, "Mr. Shang."
Qiu Manman was terrified. She turned around stiffly, lowered her head, not daring to look at Shang Siao, and whispered, "Boss Shang."
Shang Siao glanced at her, nodded to the three of them, and went into the office.
Qiu Manman let out a breath.
Mr. Shang gave her such a strong sense of oppression that she almost suffocated.
An assistant patted her shoulder and asked, "Are you scared?"
Qiu Manman nodded: "Well, I don't even dare to look at him."
"That's right. We were also scared when we first came here. We wanted to cry when he glanced at us. Now that we've adapted, it's a little better."
"Actually, apart from looking a little serious, Mr. Shang is quite nice. He never loses his temper and never scolds us."
"But just a cold look from him is enough for us."
"Manman, you have to be careful. Don't make any stupid mistakes, or you'll be fired. Mr. Shang hates stupid people the most. He won't give them a chance and will just let them go."
"There was a girl before you who shredded an important document and was fired directly."
As Qiu Manman listened to everyone's popular science lectures, she couldn't help but feel worried.
I wonder if she is considered stupid in Mr. Shang's eyes.
But she just needs to be more careful next time.
As long as you don't make mistakes, you won't be fired.
Shang Siao's eyes moved when he saw the tidy desk.
"Whoever tidied the desk today, it's nice."
Everything is organized and the desktop is spotless.
Jiang Tao: "I'll ask later."
"Mr. Shang, there is a dinner at Bosheng Hotel at 7 o'clock in the evening. You need to attend."
"Got it, get out."
Jiang Tao returned to his private office and found that his desk was also tidy.
He raised an eyebrow and walked out.
"Who tidied the desk today?"
Qiu Manman weakly raised her hand: "...Me."
Jiang Tao looked at her for a while.
"Very good, you will be responsible for this work from now on."
After saying that, Jiang Tao returned to the office.
Qiu Manman was still a little dazed.
At first she thought she had done something wrong and was scared to death.
…
Shang Siao was leaning back in the back seat to rest when his cell phone rang.
He picked up the phone: "Mom."
Xue Ying: "Si Ao, did your Aunt Wang's daughter report for school today?"
"Here I come."
"How's it going? Are you adapting?"
"I should get used to it."
The fat girl got along well with his other two assistants on the first day. Even Jiang Tao praised her and said that it was Qiu Manman who cleaned the desk.
Xue Ying knew the temperament of his eldest son.
He warned: "Don't be too harsh on her. After all, she's a girl who just graduated from school and has a thin face."
Shang Siao: "..."
When did he become vicious?
I didn’t say a word to Qiu Manman.
However, he never refuted his mother's words: "I understand."
Xue Ying hung up the phone contentedly.
