Han Ling had just recalled information about interstellar beasts when he was in so much pain that he had to bend over.
The sharp, stabbing pain started in my ear, traveled along my nerves to my neck, and finally reached my brain.
Han Ling guessed that the roar of the interstellar beast was specifically designed to suppress the mental power of the male insects.
Mingli, supporting his arm, asked with some concern:
"Sir, would you like to go back to your room to rest?"
Han Ling weakly waved his hand:
"I'm fine, don't worry about me. Do what you're supposed to do. Now is not the time for empty words and concern."
The explosion was so loud; there must be an alien monster nearby.
"Rest assured, no matter what happens, we will get you out of here safely."
After saying this, the three female insects didn't delay any longer, quickly put on their helmets, and ran towards the conveyor belt.
"laugh!"
The hydraulic door opens and closes.
The instant the gate opened, Han Ling peeked through the crack and saw countless monsters swarming in the sky.
The monsters were grayish-white or reddish-yellow in color, with bizarre shapes. Some were covered in serrated teeth, and their dark mouths were constantly emitting roars.
Some were neither human nor human, headless and with long, thin bodies; their entire abdomens were ripped open, revealing dense tumors.
Han Ling hurriedly asked the system:
"System, interstellar beasts are classified into levels. What level is this beast?"
Level 7.
Upon hearing this, Han Ling's pupils widened, and she silently repeated:
"Level 7?"
The most dangerous level is only level ten!
The system explained:
"The host just saw the [Whisperer]. This is a type of interstellar beast that can only be found in the ranks of interstellar beasts of level seven and above."
The whisperer's belly was swollen, his limbs were thin, and his neck was bent directly to his abdomen.
On its neck, instead of a head, was a mouth filled with sharp teeth, from which countless black tentacles emerged, accompanied by panting sounds like the whispers of many people.
Han Ling's brow twitched sharply. He had just glanced outside the door and indeed saw several interstellar beasts, exactly as described.
He asked cautiously:
"System, a level seven alien beast, how many Zerg armies would it take to stop it?"
System quick reply:
[Upon investigation, it was found that a Level 7 alien beast formation requires a captain leading 1800 female insects to defeat without taking any damage.]
Upon hearing this, Han Ling couldn't help but press his brow. 1800 female insects.
There are only four of them on this desolate planet base!
We must leave this desolate planet as soon as possible!
The plan needs to be moved up!
Only by obtaining energy stones can one exchange them for a spaceship and escape the desolate planet.
Han Ling took out the prepared freezing liquid and sprayed it on the energy supplement bag. The oil with fingerprints on it instantly solidified.
Then he went to a drawer in the studio, took out a piece of soft plastic adhesive, and used it to imprint their fingerprints.
Han Ling followed the plan, and the fifth storage room was easily opened.
In the cluttered storage room, metal boxes containing energy stones were scattered all over the floor.
At a glance, there are at least thirty or so.
Han Ling breathed a sigh of relief; these energy stones were enough to buy a custom warship.
A speed-type warship will definitely be able to break through the obstruction of a level 7 alien beast.
Ten minutes later.
Han Ling absorbed all the energy stones in the storage room.
He used 19 energy stones to successfully unlock the basic version of the C989 warship and purchased one.
The system notification sounded:
[Do you wish to deploy warships?]
Han Ling left the storage room and came to the empty base hall, shaking his head:
"No, let's wait until they get back. Let's change the itinerary this time, locate the interstellar prison, and send the three of them there."
Through these few days of conversation, Han Ling learned that these three female insects had been doing dirty work that couldn't be seen in the light of day in order to earn credit points.
However, on their first assassination mission, they encountered Han Ling.
In Han Ling's view, every wrong has its perpetrator and every debt its debtor, and he will settle accounts with them one by one.
He will hold this life accountable to the Flo Literary Society.
He will personally send these three female insects to the interstellar prison to be punished.
An hour later.
The three female insects, supporting each other, returned covered in blood.
Their brown hair was stained with blood.
Han Ling quickly went to greet him and asked:
"You encountered interstellar monsters? Were there many?"
Blood was still seeping from Mingzhe's face; a wound ran from his forehead across his left eye to the tip of his nose. He nodded, his tone dejected.
"The number is enormous. The interstellar beasts are still gathering. In a day, there will probably be around 50,000 of them. The existing spacecraft are too slow and probably won't be able to escape."
Upon hearing this number, Han Ling gasped.
They couldn't stay on this desolate planet any longer; they had to leave immediately.
Han Ling looked solemnly at the three female insects and said:
"I have a way to leave now, but the destination is only the prison planet. Do you want to come with me?"
Upon hearing Han Ling's words, the three female insects instantly understood what he meant.
Mingzhe nodded:
"Sir, we'll go with you. Thank you for being willing to lead us away at this time."
The three female insects had other plans all along; no matter the outcome, they were determined to escort Han Ling away safely!
Now that Han Ling has a solution, they can simply go with the flow.
Having received a response, Han Ling gave the order in his mind:
"System, park the C989 warship at the base entrance."
Then, he put on the tattered protective suit and helmet, and went outside first.
"Follow me, the warship is docked outside."
The three female insects followed without hesitation.
"laugh!"
The hydraulic doors of the base opened, and Han Ling gasped.
The area outside the base became a bloodbath.
The three female insects have already cleared out the alien beasts outside the base.
Black, blue, and purple blood flowed everywhere.
The brand-new C989 warship, parked on the base platform, looked so out of place.
Han Ling pointed to the warship: "Let's go, let's go in quickly."
The group raced up the stairs as fast as they could.
The moment Han Ling boarded the warship, the system immediately connected to the control panel.
The hatch closed quickly, and the engine was ignited.
The sound of flames shooting out followed.
The warship immediately began to rise.
The smooth and efficient operation made Han Ling breathe a sigh of relief.
The system is still quite reliable at this point!
Unfortunately, less than five minutes later, his heart was in his throat again.
The alien beasts sensed life and are swarming out!
Through the porthole, they could see swarms of alien space creatures following closely behind them.
The roar could be clearly heard even from a distance of a hundred meters.
The whisperer's tongue was almost touching the warship's fuselage.
The three female insects exchanged glances and all saw the other's anxiety.
Before long, interstellar beasts will be able to board warships and force open the hatches.
The endless stream of alien monsters could wear them down.
Even after they enter space, interstellar monsters will still follow them.
They can't shake them off, they can't escape them!
Unless... they carry out their original plan and become stronger.
Mingzhe pursed his lips, seemingly having made up his mind, and suddenly asked:
"Sir, what is your opinion of the three of us?"
Han Ling, feeling nervous and uneasy, glanced at him with a puzzled look:
"Still hesitating about going to the prison planet? Although you've been very kind to me, you still have to admit your mistakes eventually."
Mingli, with his long hair still covered in scabs, pressed on, asking:
"Besides that? Did you enjoy spending these past few days with us?"
Han Ling nodded: "Very good, what's wrong?"
The three female insects exchanged a smile upon hearing Han Ling's reply.
"We are satisfied with your affirmation. Please, give us a drop of blood!"
Just as Han Ling was about to ask why, she felt a slight stinging sensation in her fingertips.
"Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock."
Han Ling’s three drops of blood from her fingertips were caught in the palm of the female insect.
"Sir, please open the hatch. We'll go and delay the interstellar beast."
"Don't worry, we'll fly back. We're the Butterfly Clan."
"Me too."
