"This desert is really strange."
After saying goodbye to Kaiser and others, Lin Feng walked in the desert for two days, but discovered some pyramids.
"Did Cather and the others lie to me?"
While eating, Lin Feng used his soul power to scan the Death Desert, but he did not find the existence of the pyramid.
"That should be the place of death that Kaiser and the others mentioned."
The power of the soul extended very far. Lin Feng had already seen the so-called land of death, but he did not see the so-called pyramid.
"This land of death does have something special. Anyone who enters it will surely die."
Lin Feng took a quick look and found that there were indeed a lot of zombie-like biological activities inside, but he didn't feel any life left.
"The pyramids split the desert in two. Since I've already come to the Land of the Dead, I must have missed it."
Lin Feng pondered and searched around the Land of Death but still couldn't find the so-called pyramid.
"Huh? It's them..."
When Lin Feng was withdrawing his soul to explore, he discovered Kaiser and others.
"It seems like we're in danger."
......
"It should be here."
Kaiser came to a sand dune and simply identified the direction.
"It's here. I remember it very clearly."
Nier said quickly.
"Um."
Carl also nodded in confirmation.
Boom————!
The big guy put down his backpack, raising a cloud of dust.
"Ahem...big guy, what are you doing? Don't you know how to handle it with care?"
Nier waved her hands to disperse the dust and said angrily.
The big guy ignored Nier's complaints, took out the things from his backpack, and placed them neatly under the sand dune.
“I don’t know whether this kind of thing is true or not.”
Mike on the side couldn't help but shake his head.
"Whether it's true or not, he saved the five of us... We came here to pay our respects to him, so that he can rest in peace knowing that Ni'er is doing well in heaven."
Kaiser said calmly while looking at Nier who was worshipping.
"Everyone knows where Ni'er learned this from."
Mike shook his head helplessly.
"Captain, you two come over here and pay your respects."
Nier shouted to Cather and the others.
"Here I come."
Kaiser responded and continued, "I think I saw it in an ancient book from the Dragon Kingdom."
"Ancient book from the Dragon Kingdom?"
Mike was a little surprised.
"It's just that you bought her a lot of things before and put them in there. But it's not bad. At least she still has something to rely on."
"Too."
......
The simple worship was over quickly. Just as they were about to pack up and leave, Mike noticed that Nier was doing something and looked over curiously.
Nier held the incense ash in her palm, cut a cut on it with a knife, and then clenched her fist. Blood slowly seeped out and dripped onto the parchment scroll below.
"What are you working on again?"
Mike asked curiously.
"This is a resurrection ritual I read about in a book. It can bring the dead back to life, so I'll give it a try."
Nier explained.
Mike: “…”
This guy must be crazy.
"Let's go, it's time to head to the pyramids."
Kaiser shouted to Mike and Nell who were still standing there.
"Here I come."
Nier ignored the injury on her palm, simply patted the dust off her hand and ran over.
At this moment, several small dots suddenly appeared in the sky and then fell towards Nier at an extremely fast speed.
"careful!"
Mike shouted and immediately pulled Nier back, but Carl was one step ahead of him and interrupted the arrow in the sky.
“Who is it?”
Cather shouted!
This attack was definitely not initiated by monsters from the Death Desert, but was man-made.
"Hey, isn't this Miss Cather? You actually became the captain. Did you try to gain power after his death?"
An arrogant voice sounded, and a burly man appeared on the sand dune, emitting murderous aura. The most terrifying thing was the scar on his body, which slanted from his left eye to the right side of his stomach.
"Brook! You're not dead yet!"
Cather, who was always gentle, became angry instantly when she saw Brooke.
A white light flashed in his hands, and an iron fist wrapped around her hands.
The rest of the people were on high alert and ready for battle.
Brook, the culprit who almost caused the destruction of their team.
If it weren't for Ni'er's brother who turned the tide and fought his way out, they would have probably become dried bones in the desert of death.
"Hahaha... I came here specifically to thank you for the 'Blood Fruit'. To repay you, I chose this day to wait for you and have a great gift for you."
Brook laughed grimly, with bloodshot eyes.
Just as he was laughing, Carl had quietly circled behind him and launched a fatal attack.
"You want to sneak attack me? You're still a little naive."
Brooke had already noticed Carl's actions.
call out!
An arrow flew towards him at a tricky angle, making it impossible for Carl to dodge.
Carl was hit in the back by an arrow and fell to the ground.
"Hehehe... Naive, do you think Boss Brook is the only one?"
The man walked out of the darkness with a crossbow, looked at Carl with a sinister smile, then loaded the arrow, and liquid could be seen dripping from the arrow.
Thump thump thump.
